@@HeartBreathings I am reading the Shadow Demon saga series right now! I love it! I will be ordering more book in time for my surgery in 3 weeks along with my writing project. The books and writing project should keep me busy for the 4 weeks that I have to be off my ankle after surgery.
I made it to 8,602 today! 🥳 I try to write 3,000 words on my regular days using your calendar so that on the low/no writing days I can adjust as needed and not stress. My Nano stats have me finishing by Nov. 28th which is awesome. This is my third year doing Nano. Love watching your Nano Diaries - so inspiring and motivating!
I admire your ability to focus on writing AT the beach.
Also, you look cute as hell in a Jean jacket. I always look ridiculous…. I keep trying new ones, but nope lol
@@SaraLea Thank you! I feel the same way about them but then I found this one at White House, Black Market and I fell in love. I won't say how much it cost, but it will be worth it if I wear it for years!

St Augustine looks lovely. How cool to do a virtual meal with family, the Cuban food I have eaten was delicious.
Rhiannon's sprints are great! I was in that last sprint too. I'm struggling a little right now with my revisions.

I grew up in St Augustine, haven't been back in years so this was a nice surprise to see
I absolutely love St. Augustine. Still haven't seen it all, but that's perfect because I'll always have a reason to go back.
Rewrote my opening paragraph for my writing project since I was happy with how I originally wrote.
Doing OK. Today I wasn't able to sit down and do Plot Your Novel workbook. Between housework and chasing a 3 year old who is a busy bee and doesn't stay out of much. Hopefully tomorrow I can get it done when her Dad is home to help. Awesome job on your word count. You go Girl. Thank you for sharing Sarra ❤

I think you mentioned that he was working on something successful in Roblox. My two boys, 11 and 12, play a lot of Roblox, maybe I could get them to help out with beta testing? :D Also you asked about a name for a royal male Fae....I think Riordan would be good! my writing is going great so far but I am not participating in Nano this year because it been a very a stressful year for me but I am wishing you the best of luck. Saint Augustine is one of my favorite places in Florida, while you and the family are there, I highly recommend checking out the Lightner museum, it is a really fun experience and very educational and also mention very inspiring, especially for writers.
The clam chowder is amazing.

Doing ok. Doing low numbers, skipping days because I need sleep but I knew that I'll do that because my day job takes alot of energy out of me.

So happy for your amazing progress Sarra. Maybe look into Gaelic names or pick an element that may fit him and Google it in different languages, maybe you will find its name that way

I don’t know about Fae but I love the name Beren from the Tolkien book Beren and Lúthien. If I have a son I will name him this. Also in the fellowship of the ring Aragorn sings about them
For a Fae name I really like Finn. Not sure what nationality it is considered but when you asked it’s what popped into my mind. Hopefully this will help you. Naming is so difficult. It requires a lot of thought & planning.

I'm not doing NaNoWriMo this year and taking things simpler this November, but I still like your NaNo diaries. :) I've never been to St. Augustine, but the shops look really fun. Currently, I'm restructuring my Christian Historical novella just before my 2nd rewrite. I'm hoping to start my rewrite by the third week of the month though and have it finished by the end of December.
You should check out the fort in ST. Augustine it's really cool.

For male fey names I like Oberon (borrowing from Shakespeare) and Thorin. Downtown St Augustine sounds amazing! Happy writing. 💻

I miss traveling and just living. But, I don't miss how exhausting it could be consistently on moving days and the days around them. Exploring new areas was always the best part. As for writing I have added almost 11,000 words to my first draft in the last 3 days (didn't do day 1) which is both amazing and terrifying 😳 I can't write every day so as long as I hit my personal goals for each week I feel great
That's incredible! I hope I hit a good stride like that soon.

Day 4 was kind of a bust for me. my Surface Tablet just stopped working suddenly. It's better this morning. I think it just got hot and stopped working until it cooled down. I'm trying to be okay with only getting 350 words because I don't write as well on my phone as I do on a laptop.
I did get close to 1100 after midnight last night on my phone so I've got a good start for today in making up yesterday's words and be on track for being able to take 7 days off this month.
I know you feel like your schedule is off, but it's something that's working for your family. I'm a night owl and so putting the boys down later lets me work and still get enough sleep that I'm not a zombie. I hope it's not stressing you out.
Lol maybe the universe was telling you when the tide was up, “You got your words. Enjoy yourself and this beach now!” 😆

I'm just over 7k for nano. Got some rough news today and so didn't get in the words I needed, but tomorrow I'll hopefully be in a better head space. It looks like you're all having a great time traveling! Any places that seem like contenders if SC house didn't work out?
I am at 8093 words. Most is just Brain dump telling myself the story but I am counting every one.

I’m not sure if you’d be comfortable doing this or not, especially considering this isn’t what your channel is based on, but I just started homeschooling my kids this year and I’m curious how others do it. I am trying to make sure they’re getting a good education without overloading them, but I’m no teacher and this is uncharted territory for our family. If you would be willing, I would love to see the kind of school work other homeschool families are doing, how many hours they do a day, etc.
