Lukes the man, and hes not bullshitting at all. When he bought the car from me, he literally didnt know what a trans brake was. And hes also not bullshitting when he says he does the the tuning. We will talk and strategize and go over data, but very rarely does he need my actual help in between rounds. Be worried about Luke, hes only gonna get better. PS- the SRC crew is killing it. Keep it up guys!!
@Dburt86 is this the bootleg burton that helps jimmy oakes dyno and tune his shit? If so had no clue you were that deep into the cool ass non jdm cars.
@@cchevyboy jimmy is the only Jdm cars I touch lol. My entire life/business is cars like Luke’s. If jimmy wasn’t the man, I wouldn’t touch Jdm cars at all really
Tommy is always doing that and still after coming second to an extremely fast vette...EVEN WHEN JUST TALKING WITH OTHERS AT THE PAD BILLY SAID " TOMMY'S THE BETTER DRIVER OUT OF THE TWO OF US " and its not the first time either...IMHO, imagine if Tommy had the right lane the vette used up a lane and a half, Tommy just got out MPH is all...
I'm really liking the podast. It's like being a fly on the wall, in the right garage, at the right time. I grew up like that. You learn a lot this way, and get to hear some good stories. Racers are interesting people most of the time.
Billy is such a great brother always picking tommy up when he throws himself down and telling him not to sell himself short. This is a great pod y’all got going on. I’m not a podcast person this is first one I’ve watched all the way through.
I was waiting for Billy to say,LOOK AROUND,merch pays off and give aways and Mom bakes the best cookies hehehe.Just sitting in current merch area is a hint at what success and y-tube can bring.SRC is a great family affair but has so many uncles you would think they were from west virgina lol.Great work guys, and Know Allison is at end of merch table, she does best videos at track.
Awsome interview with a fellow lineman brother. Seems like a good dude working hard and doing it the right way. Billy I'm trying to come be your local competition 😆
If this guy puts time into his channel he’ll make it somewhere. Extremely well spoken and also has a cool job as well as a cool car combo. If he starts putting out content it’ll take off for sure
This was a good one, your guest seems like a really good guy. Really focused on racing and tech, no crudeness and is super humble, this could be the best WOTS episode.
Great podcast guys! Man, I’ve got mad respect for Luke after this. I’m an electrical superintendent and I did the same as him and went through apprenticeship program to get started. Now I’m running jobs and it’s a lot to take in, just like riding helicopters and stuff. Congratulations Luke and you definitely deserve the acknowledgment from your achievements. Best of luck sir, forever a fan. Billy & Tommy, great job guys, all y’all’s UA-cam stuff is always fire!💯 So keep it coming guys.💪
I was there at Dig or Die, Luke is fast as $hit, no doubt! I loved every minute of it, also met CJ & Jessica, cool peoples! Hopefully someday I will meet y'all there as well! ✌️😎🏁
Pretty Cool 😎Content and Thanx for Sharing your thoughts with Luke, a very humble person and seemed easy to BS with, Enjoy your time with your WOTS Podcast Have a Great Day 👍 God Bless You and your Team
Luke might just be the coolest mfer I've met in the racing world since I found Billy's channel back when he had just started it! And now I'm subscribed to Luke's channel and I think he has everything it takes for a successful UA-cam channel and I can't wait to watch the ride!
Me being a part of the "Everyone" I can honestly say, drama is not what I'm into or like. Honesty and transparency is what I like to watch. Y'all take care.
We love SRC, Old Mans Garage, and Gen 2 Racing because they DON'T have drama! Stopped watching Street Outlaws because the drama was too much and would rather watch Midwest Street Cars really build, tune and race. 😅
Word on the Streets is absolutely my Favorite Podcast!!!!! Hopefully one day, my car will be fast enough to be relevant and get an invite! Especially when my 65 Falcon has a twin turbo Fowrd Mota in it!!! (DONT KNOW HOW TO TYPE BJ Cjun Lingo.... bahahahaha)
I’m retired from the power industry, mad respect to Luke for what he does for a job it’s Gangster shit, also dig his car and great attitude with the Balance of life versus racing.
Another great podcast. Luke was flying down there. He’s gonna have a hard time getting past the “snot rocket” name though. My boy doesn’t know it by anything else lol
Hey guys. Love these talks. I'm just a UA-cam fan of all your families vids. I watch everything all of you put out. Could I ask. When you start these talks. Could you do a little montage of the racer you're interviewing at the beginning of the video. Some of us casual people will understand a little more of who we are seeing. No matter what. I'm still gonna watch. I appreciate you.
I love the podcast! The only thing I can complain about is the word "like" every 3 seconds. Are we valley girls or racers? All in all.. great cast guys!!
Have you guys considered putting a picture or walk around of the person's car you guys host? Joey and Ryan are both from my area so I know their cars. I've never heard of Luke before it would be awesome to see his car during the podcast to have a vision of what the car looks like while it's being talked about.
tommy. I raced off road desert. for my program i had a checklist printed out. and i will use it every pit. saved my ass from forgetting things like fuel when i m rushed. i also keep a log but thats another ocd issue
Seems like a solid dude... fans should be respectful and understanding that if you're racing and in-between rounds they can't have a full conversions.. respectfully!! One mistake could cause them a race or a wreck.
If you can share vids of your lineman work sometimes it might help the channel too. That stuff is cool for most people to see . Nice Show as always guys
I learned coming out of mud drags in the street racing back in the 80s mud drags you got tunnel vision you better look straight ahead cuz you hit the button that's over as fast as it starts street racing just to look forward habit things happen so quick
I have gotten into arguments with people about how important testing is lol my trash is not even remotely competitive and I still hate going to anything untested.
Make sure you guys check out Luke’s channel , Mad Money Racing!
Thank you guys
Done 💪😎
Subscription done
Luke definitely has a great UA-cam voice.
He'll do great on there.
Funny watching this after Tommy won at da pad

I love the podcast! The only thing I can complain about is the word "like" every 3 seconds. Are we valley girls or racers? All in all.. great cast guys!!
Well that isn’t as bad as the F word every sentence?
It'd be nice if they'd clean that up.
Always wanted to do the helicopter thing but I’m an adrenaline junky Billy would love the line work but Tommy’s knees wouldn’t let him!!!!!!
That car is gorgeous
Love the shirt, Tommy Earnhardt for life

Congrats kid. Don’t mean to jump over Luke. But great job Tommy at the pad.
Actually Tommy we have several traditional drag strips in the area near the Berkeley Springs Air Strip
First comment from Australia :)
Has Billy ran yet?
I have gotten into arguments with people about how important testing is lol my trash is not even remotely competitive and I still hate going to anything untested.
If he made YT videos of his racing and job he could do well. It would be interesting content.
When they going to get back with these
💪😎
