CJ, Nick Plewniak and Turbo John are the top 3 guys that I'm always sharing their channels so people can check them out and hopefully subscribe. Those 3 work so hard with so little that it would be unbelievable what they could do with more support and resources. If I had millions of dollars I'd definitely hook those guys up and watch them kick e'rrrbody's azzz. Love watching those guys race.
It must have SRC grade professional alignment that they mention often. The wheels point strait even by camera. Ps did yall see Ryan Mitchell s car went strait on two different rear tire sizes and sidewalls!
I always watch turbo John post's but recently subbed, seeing his friends coming up and stripping his mustang and switching over to the new car was truly amazing to watch and see what small tire community racing is all about....Nick, if I'm talking about the Hustling big wing FAST AF ON THE BIG END ON SCRAMBLE, PICKING UP FRONT WHEELS V TOMMY AND THE FALCON....THERE'S SO MANY I COULD MENTION HERE...
CJ is the man. Best Podcast yet guys. I love how CJ took a old Roller and a load of used parts and built a Killer small tire car. Anyone can buy a car and go race. CJ took someone else’s junk and wins races. 🇺🇸🦅🏁
Being I’m a fan of CJ’s and Raggedy Ann this was the best podcast yet. It’s about time this podcast happened! Thank you for such awesome content that your family does on all the channels. Give me something to watch on my downtime.
I’ve only got a 10 second capable car and it’s not cheap to build that. Building a car at the level you guys are at takes a bunch of money and even more work to be competitive. I can only imagine how much work you guys put in and look at the Camaro that Billy just bought to stay at the top. It’s not like you guys aren’t working super hard to stay competitive so anyone saying you need to work harder is absolutely clueless about what it takes to run the numbers you do 💯💯💯
I must say I've always liked CJ and his dad always great racers and gentlemen at the track. He truly did put that car Together with no sponsors and spare parts. I tip my hat to you CJ always rooting for you
This has become one of my favorite things to watch The SRC family has done it again I would love to meet these guys and my name is Tim . I always thought my dad was the best carb tuner on earth he tuned circle track cars and tuned a lot of them at our local track and he tuned some Busch Grand National series cars too from some of the guys at our old track when they got a chance . He would have loved the Old man he had a Jet black 71 Nova too on Cragars . Its a shame they didnt get to meet
Total respect for CJ - and his wife! A working man, a working wife....a working family all pulling on the same rope. Dude has is priorities in order. I have no doubt he can fall asleep in the driver's seat of his car.......gotta grab your shut-eye when you can! Subbed to Raggety Ann Ohio Small Tire!
First thing, happy birthday Billy and second thing, this is one episode that I too have been waiting for you guys to do, y'all have good chemistry together!
First off, Tommy awesome intro to this video. CJ to answer your question why, you are one of few that most of can relate to. You bust your hump Monday-Friday to support your family and your passion. We support you because you’re one of us, just a whole hell of a lot faster.
One of the hardest working men on you tube! Glad you fellows had him on. I've been following him since last year. Loving the content guys! Looking forward to more great videos fomr you guys, CJ included.
Cj is definitely one of my favorite drivers. Cj had drums brakes on the back because that what he could afford to run at the time. He'll be back at the top again.
So glad you guys started the podcast, you all are so genuine. Love listening to what you and the guest you have on talk while I work. This has to be up there with one of the best podcast channels on UA-cam. Keep it up with all the amazing content
CJ makes a VERY strong point at 32:50 ..."thats why this new car has...(paraphrasing) full funny car cage and containment seat"... No matter who you are, if you are already racing at these levels or plan to someday, everybody needs to take heed to what CJ said as to why his new car has these "upgrades".
Met CJ at war in the woods back in September. Super nice guy really down to earth and was actually willing to talk even though he was very busy. Means a lot to a small guy like myself that would love to race on that level.
Thank you for this podcast. I really wanted folks to get to know CJ. Thanks to Cj for coming up to do it. Thanks to Allison for the film work. The mics are great Tommy. Nobody including Billy needs to have them right up in your face and the sound great. To close and gets a little much on clarity. Love this channel. Best podcast in motorsports.
What a good dude! It's not hard to tell that you all have much respect for each other ! Racers are a closer family than most people think . Great podcast !
This was an awesome video! Big respect for all 3 here! Ball's to the wall man! Happy Birthday Billy, 30's approaching fast my man! 😂👍 Hope your day is awesome bro! Great editing Tommy, you're awesome Dude! Tommy 💪💪😎
There are always going to be good street races out there. There are always going to be little guys just coming up in the game that you guys are in. Maybe not competitive on a big scale, but we will all still be able to have fun. No stackers needed. No 250k cars. You guys did it, and us little guys will still be able to do it. Just not mainstream. Love this channel and all of the renditions of it. Your dad is awesome. You guys are awesome. Stay safe and keep having fun. When you stop having fun, it becomes a job.. and jobs suck. 😂😂
Listening to you all talk reminds me of back in the 70s and 80s when I had a 66 chevelle daily driver running around 12.0s with police chasing everyone that had showed up them were the days i sure miss that car. Awesome memories thanks, i have to agree this might be one of your best podcast. God bless and as always be safe.
Dam, I hope you keep this podcast going it’s informative, entertaining and laidback and just a joy to watch and seeing the guests that you introduced to your fans is so cool to see that side of racing. 🙋🏻♂️✌🏻
What terrifies me most about CJ’s wreck was that, had the responders not been dealing with something else, they would have had their trucks parked right in the way of that run off area… things would have been much much worse than they were. It always bothered me watching everyone struggle to slow down in the shut down while the response trucks are just chillin, blocking the run off….
CJ is the real deal hard-working American taken care of his family his race cars or small-time operation doing the best he can with the finances he has and making it work
This is a great podcast, I’m subscribed to both of y’all’s channels. Things are changing on the regular, I’m sure it’s hard to stay competitive. Y’all do a helluva good job! Stay humble and you’ll stay on top.
I’m 2 weeks late to the party boys. What the heck is that into music? I’m in love with that over the footage of Raggedy Ann ❤️ thanks boys for keeping it real
Excellent video guys , i so enjoyed him talking about his car and billy talking about their first race . Tommy covered some key points just great all the way around. CJ is a great racer and a heck of a family man. Thanks yall 👍
That's 1 hell of a way to get a brake sponsorship lol. So many what ifs didn't happen, thank God. The whole following is easy to understand. The struggle and fight to stay on it. Everyone can understand putting your life into something like that car and the good and bad that comes with it.
Cj is good guy and I’ve been cheering for him for awhile I’ve been watching src since e day one man the channel has came so far it’s great now always some fire content and editing
Hey CJ Buckner... I have a bone to pick with KW! I am in a '23 T680. Tanker Yanker in KY. Nearly Constant issues with these new trucks. Sensor issues and trans codes on the eaton endurant..Paccar engines are gutless. Hope these new 880s with cummins/allisons we have coming will improve our experience
HI ALL Just wanna say congrats to Molly and Billy on the birth of there little boy Wyatt he looks so content in his dad's arm's with grandpa looking so happy you and molly deserve all the happiness in the world from all your fans in Australia love and hugs
CJ is absolutely right that the people with big money will eventually ruin it. It has happened in every other form of racing. SRC has rode the crest of the small tire wave but all good things come to an end. If there is anyone who can find a way to evolve into something new, it will be Billy, Tommy and the Old Man.
I mean not necessarily it's just going to be get in where you fit in like every other class turns into.. you might not be able to run at the top of the class, imo there's almost going to have to be sub classes if it ever actually changes as much as people are worried about... I already can't compete at the top of the small tire no prep level so it doesn't matter to me either way, I was out of this fight 2 years ago... But with this fast progression This could become the new daily driver in the future lol and then all the chassis cars with twin turbo Big blocks or BBC/SBC procharged cars will be the top class in the new small tire But In the end it just is what it is it doesn't matter if you got a team of five people putting their money together or one person with deep pockets everyone still has to get the same small tire to work ... Guess we're all going to find out one way or another soon enough 😂
Was looking forward to this. Personally, regardless where small tire goes I think there will always be a fan base for where Raggedy Ann, the lil falcon is and the lil truck was. Money can’t buy small tire where I’m concerned, regardless how fast they go. For me it’s the relatability because it’s obtainable for more people. Although I understand Billy changing up the lil truck it was bitter sweet. The lil truck is what got me into watching small tire. I watched Street Outlaws off and on mainly for Farm truck and AZN, but never got into big tire full blown drag cars on the street. I enjoy Chief and Jackie far more now doing their own thing than I ever enjoyed watching Chief on SO. I still can’t believe CJ got me cheering for a fox body. That’s just a testament to the quality of a guy he is. Whenever CJ lines up next to Billy or Tommy I just hope for a good clean race. I see CJ as part time of the same family/team. I don’t fault anyone for building a car to try to run where small tire is heading, but to me it’s already getting out of hand. I like the Nova and new car, but the lil truck, falcon and Raggedy Ann are my favorites
CJ is just a genuine guy that's why we love him, I'm so glad this went a lot longer than it was supposed to great job fellas.
Tommy you are very good at running a podcast. You keep the conversation going and you prepare ahead of time. Keep it up. 🇺🇸
Yea, this PC was really good👍
The beginning videos were tops too🙂
CJ just seems like a good guy! The way he puts family above everything else says alot about his character👍🏻
CJ, Nick Plewniak and Turbo John are the top 3 guys that I'm always sharing their channels so people can check them out and hopefully subscribe. Did you see turbo John's car for dig or die tube chassis 94 Saturn with his motor in it
@@nickvoiles4442They were also talking about throwing a Fox body on that chassis! Either way glad to see Turbo Jon back at it. It is what it is😂
@GrayMatterBBC after dig or die he was talking about building another foxbody that car is borrowed from a friend of a friend

CJ Buckner family are salt of the earth.Hes a hometown SRC character 4 sure that's always an OG and good 4 the channel. Awesome to see.
I’ve only got a 10 second capable car and it’s not cheap to build that. Building a car at the level you guys are at takes a bunch of money and even more work to be competitive. I really like CJ! He’s a class act for sure and love his channel as well! I’m so glad to see him on the podcast!
This is what life should be like good times with good friends make great memories. Gotta have love for the good guys.
CJ is a hard working class act that scratches his head a lot but never gives up and it's very cool that you all come together for a common cause
It's amazing how friendly competition turned all of you guys into expert tuners...both engine and chassis wise.
Great to see CJ on the podcast. Keep ‘‘em coming. 👍
I must say I've always liked CJ and his dad always great racers and gentlemen at the track. He truly did put that car Together with no sponsors and spare parts. I tip my hat to you CJ always rooting for you
My favorite podcast! Gonna make the next hour and a half of work go by quick. Keep it up guys

J C has to be 1 of the coolest guys..doesn't have the best of luck but the man don't give up and keeps going.
One of the hardest working men on you tube! Glad you fellows had him on. I've been following him since last year. Loving the content guys! Looking forward to more great videos fomr you guys, CJ included.
Shawn Young needs to do a podcast and talk about the old days of street racing
Another awesome podcast in the books you guys keep getting better every time. Just wish you guys had more time to have more often.
