It’s crazy you guys have to keep explaining this. I met y’all in magnolia and went to your mom first to ask when was appropriate to ask for pictures or talk. She said as long as your not in the car, under the hood or on a laptop it’s probably cool. When I approached you guys in your pits I asked if now was a good time. Got my pictures made a little small talk and bounced. It was really nice. Made my night actually. But the kids, man every kid there was really excited to met y’all and they all thought you guys were the coolest.
My older son got to talk to Tommy at Magnolia and said he wanted to race against the falcon with his Powerwheels Mustang. Tommy completely played along with it and that absolutely made my son's night.
That’s awesome tell that little feller he blew the Internet up !!!! I am politely calling that little feller out for a race ,,,!!!?????? Time any Place ,,, Mexico, of course
I'm not going to lie, but the post with Julie really got me emotional. What you guys are doing for that family is unheard of these days. Good job, scr family.
I would love to see you bring your mom on the pod cast. Get her perspective on both of your racing careers from the beginning. Would be interesting to see her pov.
Turbo John posted a video yesterday talking about this very issue. The truth is that racing is competitive and it is going to attract those people who have more money, because they want to win. The other issue is the bigger the money purse, the more competitive cars are going to be attracted to that race. There probably needs to be a sorting out of cars by rules, or the car count is going to dwindle as you said. Unless you just want to race, someone with a streetable car is wasting their time going to war of the woods. Those people need to concentrate their efforts at smaller purse races.
I'm not complaining but the Turbo John vid and this vid your both talking about the "big" guys. When in all honesty, you guys are the big guys. You have 3 cars that can get in the 4's. Nothing about them is budget. TJ is for sure a bear at most no preps also. I get there are guys faster, but the majority are just trying to get to your level. ( which is fast!!)
@RustyWells2 Don't get me wrong, I've met the src guys and TJ. And they are great people and I'm not gripping about them. But the src team has a complete machine shop with engine dyno and employees on their payroll. TJ just did a c Fresh in up in his aluminum sbc that has billet rods, top fuel hoops, roller thrust bearing, ect. Does all that sound like your typical budget freshen up?
The whole fan encounter talk is so relatable. I’ll have people come up while I’m changing tires and want to chat it up and I’ve almost forgot to tighten my wheels back down. Or I’m getting in the car and they want me to get out to take a picture. I think a lot of it stems from the fact that a lot of people don’t know what it’s like to be at the track. Or how it works. They think we’re just hanging out going to do a run whenever. When I’m reality if I’m getting in my car it’s because I need to go to the line right now. I don’t have 5 minutes to spare. It’s a struggle for sure. I wish I could spend 30 minutes a person talking to everyone. But it’s just not possible. I think everyone who does this has been short with someone at some point. And it sucks because you know that’s their one interaction with you. And they’re going to think you’re a bad person pretending. But the reality is there’s so much going on.
The video with Julie was tough for me. I have a daughter named Julie and I couldn’t imagine having any of my children being sick. I’m also dealing with a sibling who has stage four kidney cancer. Thank you for the podcast Billy and Tommy. Your parents raised two fine young men.
People need to learn to respect ya'lls privacy while at home. It's one thing in public but your home that is crossing the line. Love what tou guys are doing. Keep em coming.
Ryan Mitchell has mentioned he’s raced at all levels. It would be cool to have him on here and see what his take on the rules and small tire racing is since he is in the top tier right now but has came up from the bottom. Steven Little would be cool to have on as well since you have a little bit of a rivalry with him and the fact that he has only been around the last 3-5 years so he has had to either sink or swim to be as competitive as he is.
@@RustyWells2 both good people when not say on laptop or suiting up to race, imagine Ryan gas that car since he's 17, been from nitrous to now prochager...he would like talking to BEATERBOMB...chilled out...Steve Little is chilled out to...most of the top races seem to have the calmed, nothing bothering them vibe....
Glad to see someone actually explaining there side of being well known and how to communicate with you when people do see you. It’s not arrogance it’s respect for one another.
Loving these Podcasts. Love hearing the stories from you guys. Can’t wait to see who comes on in the future. Great job guys!! People need to realize that you guys are busy at the track and to the people that just pull up to The Old Man’s house, they are nuts. You never know what kind of mood he is in. Lol. Keep them coming guys.
Nope, guys, Julie's video is not heavy at all , fkn love it. It's life and friends AMERICANS HELPING! IT'S simple love. Don't stop. Save the camero like a fox body. Really, everyone has one.
I’ve waited 7 years and you!! Got to meet Mom and dad at Newport for my wife’s 50 th they took pictures and your mom bought signs. My wife was so happy.
I think you’re totally right Tommy. Work the system and do a video of the top crashes of the year and add the ride along at the end. Either way it’s great what you guys are doing.
Guys, please dont let the # of view make you shy away from posting content. I think I can say with confidence that the majority of folks that watch this channel are going to watch it anyway. Some people are kind of easy to read, and you two are no exception. Hard working, thrill loving, good hearted guys who happen to have invited us along for this part of your lives. I thank you guys for that. I'll be patiently be waiting for the next vid.
Never apologize for living your lives. You do great stuff with your platform and your video with the young lady was absolutely one of the best videos and greatest uses of your platform. It made me proud to be a follower and glad to be able to help. Thank you both and your families for what you do and God bless.
You aren't old enough to have seen the cycle repeat itself over and over. A new cool class comes along and it's a grass roots deal, low budget and a ton of fun. BECAUSE it's grass roots and low budget, it takes off like wild fire. There are two things that attract the big money guys. Big purses, and heads up format. The INSTANT there's a big heads up event that pays well, the decline begins. The big budget teams steam roll the guys who started it, and it slowly dies from there. It happened with ORSCA in the late 90's and early 2000's. It's been happening to radial racing, and now it's happening in the no prep world. It's the nature of heads up racing. The big budget folks will ALWAYS destroy it for the budget racers. The ONLY way you'll ever slow that down is keeping purses low enough to prevent big budget guys from getting interested, and you have to go down the nightmare road of having a ridiculous number of rules. Even then, you won't stop the cycle, but you can slow it down.
You are exactly right in what you said. Even with stringent rules, money finds a way to stretch them and find an advantage. On the other hand there are guys like Ryan Mitchell (KC Max) that has a business and a dyno. He is going to be a winner because he has some advantages and that is just life in the fast lane.
@davidanderson6486 The src team has a complete machine shop with a dyno as well. They also have 3 cars (1 built just for this) and a good crew. They have made their living off of no prep. Street racing might be cool, but probably doesn't pay as well as some no prep. I hope they have thought about all this for future plans no matter what the class does. Their filming and editing is unreal for learning on the fly. I really hope that can take them far if the no prep slows down.
I understand totally where you are coming from. I was at the hot rod reunion racing my nostalgic gasser. A guy approached me and said he came from London England to see my car race. I was surprised that he recognized me. I told him to get in my car and I took him down the end of the track and turned around and did a big burn out. He was so happy and it made my day and his whole trip. Keep it up. You guys are great. The only negative is you are starting to slip in the F word and so I can't watch it when my wife is around. She used to look forward to your videos.
i really dont think the little bit of weight savings is worth the massive loss in aero. cleetus mcfarland did a video taking some of his cars to a wind tunnel and leroy the bodyless vette was horrible. to the point it would be faster with the body
I'd like to see y'all get turbo John or C.J. on the podcast. I'm from Florida, and I've met y'all at a Cincy Street night. I also got y'all to sign a Stripper Glider shirt that night and got bit by June pup. People have to use common sense when approaching a racer at a race. If yall are trying to get the cars ready, that's not a good time. Also, don't try and shake your dad's hand while June pup is with him. She will bite you, nothing against her she's just very protective about your dad.
I was parked by y'all at brown co. Billy was in trailer by himself when me and my gf was leaving about 1am. I wanted to go meet ya but at the same time I was like nah cause that's just weird or rude. People these days I swear. But I met Tommy and what a genuine guy for real.
Your doing what my fellow Naval Aviators do when flying. We prioritize what needs to be done, preflight to get the mission going and go thru checklists to get aircraft ready for flight (race car in your case). We don’t let external forces or well meaning folks derail this process. This could get you or a fellow competitor hurt or worse. Might be worth getting some crowd control posts to keep folks out of the pits when getting ready for racing. These can be taken down when you are able to chat with fans. Enjoy your talks and have learned all about motors with your families!
That was a very good podcast talk about all the topics very well done guy’s listening to just y’all was very cool . You guys are solid people and the things you have done and are doing. And btw I really enjoyed what you guys have done for the young mom and her family during the worst nightmare of their lives . Live on SRC YA’LL ARE VERY COOL 😎.
I must say it was wonderful to hear what you guys are saying. I must say each and everyone in your family was very patient and open when we were able to meet them in brockport, NY. Much love to you boys and your family.
As long as the focus is expanding the sport. I don't think you can make a "wrong" decision. The bigger the sport, the better it is for professional racers.
The fact that you two even think about how you are perceived and recognize sometimes you just do not feel like, or have time to fan visit is cool. It will help your fans to maybe start by asking if are you busy, or something to show respect of your time, and let you know they are willing to wait.
I can not believe two brothers are sitting here , and talking to each other like normal human beings , and sharing each other's lives , You just do not see this around no more , specially I have never seen it my time , That is because you have a great mom and pop and close family , That is great my friends 🕶
Horse racing has an interesting concept. Claiming races horses are grouped into classes according to agreed on dollar values. If you're in the $5k class your vehicle can be purchased for 5k
Not necessarily a car claimer rule but a threshold of engine value.., say 5k or 10k, depending on how the class is structured. Put a $ price on an engine and people won’t be pushing cars with billet blocks into the lanes knowing that that bullet could be bought for 5 or 10k.
I don't think any of yall are assholes. I haven't met yall and even though I've been watching for years there is no way I should expect yall to allow me into private areas of your lives. At the end of the day I don't know you from Adam, I just know what you do for a living. There is no need to apologize for someone else invading your privacy. Keep doing what yall have been doing, I personally love the content. And hopefully one day I'll get to make a race when yall come down to Texas. Great job guys!
You guys do an amazing job and have a wonderful family. Sadly, the days of people having common sense and being courteous, respectful and understanding are a thing of the past.
I would wanna sit and listen to Lewie talk about his life, kids, grandkids and his love for mototrsports and Old Rides and how he feels about fixing to be a great grandfather. It all Started with Lewie and Mrs.Kathy and has blossomed into what it is now. Would be interesting to hear his thoughts in his own words.
Love watching your videos and enjoying the podcast. People have to learn to respect your time and safety while racing. You can’t please everyone 100 % of the time. We owned a daycare with wood mulch around the playground equipment and sod for the rest of the fenced in area. Had a mother complain her kid had grass stains on his pants. Keep up all the hard work!!!!
I would like to see you guys get Ryan Mitchell, and Rank. Maybe limpy and happy. Chief and Jackie, I think one with Ryan and do like a deep tech dive would be 🔥
When i met y'all at Ozark Raceway I kept stopping by your pit. But i tried not to get in the way if you were getting ready to race. When Billy and Vicki were setting up the new canopy over the Nova I jumped in to help. Then Tommy another time saw me standing there where gassing up the Falcon and asked me to hold the funnel for him.. then as it's dripping on my foot tells me the funnel leaks. Hahaha Then on the last day helped put totes under the trailer and take down the merch canopy as the rain was starting. I had a blast and was happy to help where I could. And i got to meet and talk to you all and get autographs on 3 of the 4 shirts. I did get to meet Bill, but didn't get his autograph on my old man shirt. In the end I'm just glad y'all came to race close to me and i could come oitch my tent and spend the weekend. Thanks~~Dave
Have seen you guys twice at 42 did talk to your mom which was nice, I understand the right time. Julie video was awesome, my grandma died of that at 48 so we definitely are going to help with that. Keep up the amazing work your doing God bless
That sounds like a race track or airstrip…Those exist. Lol. And allow private rentals already. So what you are asking him to invest in, literally exists.
Let's Goooooo! I've traveled from Georgia to Ohio to watch you guys race, 4 times now. I've never even spoke to y'all. I understand y'all are at work and time is of essence. With that said, keep doing yalls thang. I'ma support you guys no matter what!
There's so much I wanna say, but it would be like typing a book! All positive of course, I have nothing but full respect for you two! I'm in Raleigh NC about an hour and a half from Rockingham, high hopes of meeting y'all and I wouldn't grab you out from under the car just to say, HEY THERE, WHATCHA DOING? 🖐️🤓Duh huh! I've watched this channel grow and I believe it's the most well known channel on UA-cam! Y'all created the best out there! The video of the girl with cancer was emotional and heartfelt, my girlfriend Karen is a breast cancer survivor and it really brought tears to my eyes to see the greatness of what you did! I of course bought a pink SRC cancer support t-shirt!! You kids are freaking AWESOME! Love y'all man!
I’m glad y’all made this video and address some of y’alls concerns and issues with basically strangers now. I can only imagine how bad Billy’s anxiety is going to be when Molly has their baby. A new Dad or any Dad is going to be super protective of their children. Especially a first time father. You never know someone’s intentions. I just hope that people understand y’alls concerns. Just because we watch the videos, it doesn’t mean we know each other. Wishing Y’all all the best!! Glad the ride along video is doing so well and going to really help someone in such a time of need. Bless y’all for stepping up and using your platform to help out. #SRC
Man you guys just keep doing you! Anybody that don't understand can eat one.. I came to the race in Crossville a couple years back just to watch you guys race. I bought some merch and talked to your mom and Kenny for a few minutes at the tent but when you guys were around there close while you were in line to run I didn't want to bother you guys so I didn't even approach for an autograph or just to say hi because I didn't feel like it was appropriate. And I understood that. Any legit person should understand too and if somebody don't then they're not a real fan. You guys, and your dad's channels are my go to on UA-cam. Keep up the great work! It's been awesome watching your guys's program grow. Oh and Billy congrats on becoming a father. As much as you love drag racing knowing the love of a child will definitely change your life!
Turbo John. He has not only just been around a long time but just started talking about changes to avoid small tire dying like so many classes have from the past
People will be people. That fact that you two explain it and understand it shows maturity. I’ve been watching since the beginning and Billy was a crazy high school kid which was cool Tommy wasn’t but to see you guys driving the way you do and living through hard stuff mature definitely. If a 50yr old man gets mad cause you don’t talk to him when u are doing a bar change well that’s just part of it. In this world of social media everyone wants a channel and to be “FAMOUS” but 90% of the population couldn’t handle it. Keep doin whatever makes you happy. Get a stacker go chassis car racing but take the open trailer still to events go to drag and drive stuff. I know there are many people that want to see you guys at Drag Week or Sick Week or Rocky Mountain Race Week just a thought. If you were driving those miles and working on the side of the road I think some of those haters would change their tune pretty quick. Thanks
Hey before Joey started helping so many with their programs and movie I read where he said he had won 30 out of 33 races in a year. Now his car would fit any changes, from firewall to stock type front and rear suspension Some guys are dominating because of putting the work in year after year
Yeah Billy could hand-pick some races he wants to dominate to closer to home to but he's helping his friends who promote them, the events do much better money-wise if he goes to them because they bring in a lot more fans..but there's way more heavy hitters at the races Billy's been going to the last 1 1/2 years I followed them both since the start of their social media stuff .. now make no mistake he is incredibly fast and would still have a great record but not 30 outta 33 good, and he's definitely in the top 5 imo in the country on small tires... but it's still noticable who was and wasn't at a lot of those races because I was at probably half or more in person.. Billy goes and races where the toughest competition is the biggest payouts and the best content for UA-cam... Luckily all three of those are in the same place. Doesn't make sense for your average Joe to travel as much as Billy you got to remember that
You guys talking about the ride along video took me back to just the other day when I watched it. God bless the woman. F cancer. I lost my father to cancer then my stepfather to that crap. God bless her and Alger family and y’all for what you are doing
This happens in all racing. The little guy gets pushed out by guys with money. Then they did index but computers came in and ruined that because it takes more money. That's why bracket racing came about and honestly it's the best because everyone can compete. Same thing with small tire/no prep was an equalizer but again money comes in and guys develop suspension and traction control and computers and it gets expensive and pushes the little guy out again. It's a repetitive cycle. That's why bracket is really the best equalizer.
Me and my gf drove 10 hours from canada to war in the woods to see you guys race. I even got a pic with Tommy up on the hill. Def cool seeing everything in person.
I for one am glad I bought 2 sweatshirts after my sister passed in July to cancer I want to help those I can with any type of cancer. You guys are amazing at doing what you can to help people when you can and that shows how real and down to earth y’all are, one of these days I would love to come meet the whole family because your family has helped me through a lot through the years! God bless you
Good talk guys. Really like seeing these, even when it’s just the two of you. Was great to hear y’all’s take on where you feel things are going. Well done!!!! Thanks for all of the family being who each one is. Y’all are GREAT!!
@@ronrhoads4167 Yeah, when your this invested in someone's life/lives, and a big event, like a breakup happens, it deserves it's own video. Haha. Not to say they broke up, but, whatever happened I missed it. Which is odd cuz, when it comes to Street Racing Channel, Gen2 or Old Mans Garage. I don't miss much. Thank you.
There's a reason they came up with bracket and index racing. This is it. Heads up racing is expensive and time consuming. You've got to have the budget AND the time/resources to test, test, test. Bill/Billy got in at the right time when it could be won with a basic engine on boost in an actual street based vehicle that had a bunch of time put into making it work RIGHT. A smart, hard working guy could show up and win with a fairly basic car. It's now headed the way of Pro 275. There will be fewer cars, as it will take a $200k ride and the funds/resources/smarts and TIME to constantly test, adapt and grow with it. It's going away from guys who have a job and race in their spare time. Bill/Billy have themselves positioned in a way they are doing this professionally as a full time job with significant sponsorship... and are now able to play with the big boys. Best of luck to them. The more popular a class is, the more big money guys it brings that can race full time, and the faster it evolves to the point it squeezes everyone else out. Not much you can do about it.
Races can still be won with basic setup, doesn't need to be tube chassis pro mod. The street, shitty surface or back end track is the equalizer. There's a ton of pro mod cars that can't even leave off of the line on back half races
@@bobbyackerson4125 A standard, well sorted chassis can still currently get an occasional win... but with the direction things are going, those days are seriously numbered. Billy wants to buy a Pro 275 car, for the Nova drivetrain. Nova was outdated as soon as it was finished. Too heavy. Need a light car with lots of engine setback. If tube frame flyweights are allowed, that's what you've got to have in order to be consistently at the top. Hard to spot other cars 7-800 lbs. Nova is 3300 lbs.
@@n2omike hmmm, I mean I know it's coming it's called evolution. But That damn Falcon does pretty good every time it's out, just saying. Woulda won a couple more races with just a little more HP. The S10 can still win also. Half the cars they race against every week aren't all that fancy.i understand everyone else is getting faster and they gotta continue to do the same. But they're basic stuff (S10,Falcon) can still win every time out. The Nova was built for front side so no it wasn't out of date after it got done, it has a purpose.the truck and Falcon are for street or backside ,the Nova purposely built for front side. You got your opinion I got mine. They wouldn't race every week if they didn't think they had a chance until the got new cars if that was the case. Just saying
I can’t wait to meet you guys I’m 57 years old and love watching you guys and can’t wait to watch your videos. Would love to see a pod cast Ryan Mitchell
You are right outlaws are big time now everybody is showing off how much $$ they got and as for the show Big Chief got screwed out of it nobody respects the OG shout to Big Chief Real MF.Real talk you guys rock
They have gotten too big now. Last year was the last time I watched any of their stuff and I only watched the first half of the season before I just couldn’t take it anymore and I haven’t watched a single second of their stuff since. I did watch Shawn, Murder Novas UA-cam channel a good bit after that but have even gotten away from that now. I don’t want to watch a bunch of rich ass jerks (not all are jerks at all) who have forgotten where they came from and got lucky and now their chit don’t stink at all!! I’m not really sure what happened with Chief but I always did like him and Shawn but I honestly think he’s better for getting away from the show when he did. I have invested my time and money into racing that is as real and it’s relatable and that’s what these boys have been in. I’m same way with sports and do not watch or participate with college or pro sports or the big racers at all, they just ain’t worth my time
Unless you've talked to these guys many many times and have Direct permission from any of them. Don't follow them or show up to their Homes.. DO NOT BE THAT GUY!! Thats the easiest way lose any respect you thought you had with them. Or anyone for that matter. If they have to take the extra time for a couple people they have to take that time for all of us.. What would they get done? Nothing would get done. If you want SRC,OMG,G2G videos. Leave them the hell alone. Wanna meet them or speak to them. Come to a race and wait till their not tuning or working on their Cars and introduce yourself. Anything other than that is just Remedial. Respect Boy's ~RedEye
Very well said, respect will get you further! Unfortunately the ability to actually think & be respectful has left the building! ME ME ME! all most people think about! ✌️😎👍
@@dan-kim9719 i speak for myself i don't speak for them. But I will point out the fact that its weird to do that to people. Its cringe asf man. People should be normal but by you're comment I see you wouldn't understand that. Some people lack cognitive functions.
That's why I made the post on Blue Collar about a "spec" Foxbody class...no one realized I was just trying to prove a point! Good stuff dudes; building a car right now; remember, the Streets will never die!
What about just changing the tire size to 26 ? That would fk a lot of people up .what do u think? We need you're input on this to Nick u have been around racing for a long time and have a good understanding of racing.
Oh man... I like my Mopars, but you are 100% right about the guys wearing the old Mopar shirts. The boomer Mopar shirts with the with the red yellow blue stripes from circa 1995 are the funniest.
Baseball, well all major sports are a shell of what they used to be. I used to watch everything and I watch nothing now. It's not even the same sport anymore.
I love racing, so I follow a good bit of the small tire guys on UA-cam. I started with your channel and I seen you guys talk about another driver so I would check them out. I think Ryan Mitchell is definitely a good person to have on the podcast. Hustlen Horsepower Nick Plewniak is someone who loves and gives everything he has to racing just like you guys. Anyone of the Tin Soldiers crew. I could go on with many more racers Turbo John. Switching gears to the ride along video of Julie. I didn’t see that coming boys. SRC you guys rock! My mom battled breast cancer for a few years and it takes a toll on the family. You just made it a little easier for her to go through this knowing she has a little help from people who care about her and her family. I can’t say enough about your generosity and your selflessness. That alone should make people see who you are. I’m a life long fan of the SRC team.
My Biggest issue is when these guys show up with a car and NO FRONT END???? no fenders hood grill core support nothing... how can you call that a car... I dont get it... should have to be somewhat street legal!!!
I agree, but the old adage "it is what it is" exists. What better way than to lose 80-200 pounds yet wreck aero... Which don't matter much in the 1/8 but still is a thing. I'm just rambling but I do agree overall. I wouldn't run that way even testing because the results are not how I would run it
It’s crazy you guys have to keep explaining this. I met y’all in magnolia and went to your mom first to ask when was appropriate to ask for pictures or talk. She said as long as your not in the car, under the hood or on a laptop it’s probably cool. When I approached you guys in your pits I asked if now was a good time. I had the EXACT SAME interaction with the whole family! Great people!
They are the "coolest" 2nd to none on YT
Perfectly done ! 👍🏻
Yes crazy people don’t get that
Never make me believe there mean people
My older son got to talk to Tommy at Magnolia and said he wanted to race against the falcon with his Powerwheels Mustang. Tommy completely played along with it and that absolutely made my son's night.
I remember! It was adorable haha

would love to see jimmy dale at mags!
I understand when you're at home that is you're private life when you're racing that is when you should approached

Yes to having both parents on the pod cast. But not together.

Would love to see Nick on here. Talk about a hard ass worker.
Both Nick's should come on both hard working guys!
I agree, 100% with all of nicks issues he is one of the hardest, most determined dedicated 110% hardest working Feller you can meet good dude
Could you imagine the length of that video. We’d get 1 question answered in a hour the way Nick trails off. 😂😂❤❤
@johnk3930 I like Nick but his biggest problem is constantly his mind/setup
Thanks for these podcast guys , you have to try to do a podcast with Chief and Jackie !!!!! That would explode the racing internet !!!!
💯
Exactly why bracket racing will never go away
Another great podcast guys. Prayers for Julie. What you guys put together for her was just awesome. Stay humble fellas.
I would like to see Perry (Nova) and Sherm (New Chevelle) on the podcast. Thanks for Sharing Boys.
People need to learn to respect ya'lls privacy while at home. It's one thing in public but your home that is crossing the line. Love what tou guys are doing. Keep em coming.
You guys and ur family are the same as the rest of us, and deserve the same space and respect as we expect on any normal day. 🤙😎🇺🇸
Good points I hadn't thought of.
It’s pretty heavy. There’s no way to make it not heavy.
We appreciate you guys. 2 young gentlemen and scholars making a living doin what they enjoy doin. Keep atter boyz.
Great job on explaining small tyer running. Also explaining your time.Uncle Bucko would be entertaining.Cheers Stephen🇦🇺
Well said so very well said
You are exactly right in what you said.
100% agree we could split small tire depending on location/ event
They kinda already do. Second chance race. That's twice the races and time. Should not be a big deal...
This is wild. Racing has seen this play out already with Big Tire😮 Glad this Podcast is taking off. Word On The Streets is perfect!
I think you should have to run hood and fenders/ the whole car
Boom…..,
Indeed brother!
Surprised no one has a Leroy out on the streets
I agree, if you roll up with no front end. Should be DQ'd
i really dont think the little bit of weight savings is worth the massive loss in aero. cleetus mcfarland did a video taking some of his cars to a wind tunnel and leroy the bodyless vette was horrible. to the point it would be faster with the body
That video made tears come to so many people’s eyes ❤ we are praying for her and God Bless SRC
You fellas are doing great things, keep the content on all 4 pages
Yep popularity always ruins everything!
The fact that you two even think about how you are perceived and recognize sometimes you just do not feel like, or have time to fan visit is cool. It will help your fans to maybe start by asking if are you busy, or something to show respect of your time, and let you know they are willing to wait.
Awesome podcast keep up the great work
People need to remember that you are everyday people that are going through life and just don’t your thing
That's kinda been tried before with race cars... And I think it's a cool idea
Not necessarily a car claimer rule but a threshold of engine value.., say 5k or 10k, depending on how the class is structured. Put a $ price on an engine and people won’t be pushing cars with billet blocks into the lanes knowing that that bullet could be bought for 5 or 10k.
I'll do a 455 Oldsmobile against your "350" Chevrolet any day! That's how this works
Billy ain't wrong about selling drugs. It was rampant in the 90s too. Even more so back then from what I saw \ know.
Very good knowledge and love to hear y'all talk and go back and forth about the changes or none changes that could improve the the sport.
You guys do an amazing job and have a wonderful family. Sadly, the days of people having common sense and being courteous, respectful and understanding are a thing of the past.
You guys are truly legit! Not just racing but truly good people! Much respect! Can’t wait to make the drive to see y’all again!
Awesome vid guys💯👍👍, Turbo John Boosted GT, KC Maxx would be awesome to see on the podcast👍.
Yall are doing great just keep doing what you're doing
Love watching your videos and enjoying the podcast. People have to learn to respect your time and safety while racing. You can’t please everyone
100 % of the time.
Chief and Jackie,
I think one with Ryan and do like a deep tech dive would be 🔥
Man love rhe fact you guys keep preaching for us blue caller people that are just there for fun traditions and to meet pople
I agree, the millionaire club street racers are hard to compete with . They have big crews of head hunters, making sure their cars are 100%.
Name me two or three millionaires that are small tire street racing on real illegal streets go on I'm waiting!
I think all y'all's vehicles are doing really well
Have seen you guys twice at 42 did talk to your mom which was nice, I understand the right time. Julie video was awesome, my grandma died of that at 48 so we definitely are going to help with that. Keep up the amazing work your doing God bless
Billy, you could invest in some land and put your own road down for testing. Charge other racers to make hits as well.
Sounds like a good idea until the insurance company get's involved.
That sounds like a race track or airstrip…Those exist. Lol. And allow private rentals already. So what you are asking him to invest in, literally exists.
You have no idea what a cluster @#$% that would be. Insurance for sure. But invest? That's not an investment. That's a financial nightmare!
Let's Goooooo!
I've traveled from Georgia to Ohio to watch you guys race, 4 times now. I've never even spoke to y'all. I understand y'all are at work and time is of essence.
With that said, keep doing yalls thang. I'ma support you guys no matter what!
Kcmaxx would be really awesome to hear talk with you guys. Him and Megan are awesome to fallow
Thanks
your car should be complete front clip and hood to race
Thanks so much for sharing your world with us!!! Stay true to yourself and take care of your family!!! Oh yeah and NEVER LIFT
Hey before Joey started helping so many with their programs and movie I read where he said he had won 30 out of 33 races in a year. Now his car would fit any changes, from firewall to stock type front and rear suspension Some guys are dominating because of putting the work in year after year
I believe he also said when people would find out he was coming the car counts would go down.
Definitely Chief and Jackie would be cool.
God bless you
Definitely get Ryan Mitchell and his wife
Good talk guys. Really like seeing these, even when it’s just the two of you. Was great to hear y’all’s take on where you feel things are going. Well done!!!! Thanks for all of the family being who each one is. Y’all are GREAT!!
Definitely need Chief and Jackie. That would be endless laughs and just having chiefs input on race things would be awesome.
This!!
You guys are doing an awesome job. Keep up the good work. You guys should invite chief and Jackie on the show
Whatever happened to :
1. Cousin Eddie and the camper
2. No Fuel Grimes
3. The car “Bad Apple” (also bad sports)
4. Big Robs Mustang
5. Boston George
I wanna know what happened to Kenny Powers girlfriend?
@@bumpassbI pretty sure that I heard them say in a video that she had got another job and goes to some of the local races with them.
Life happened just like mine and yours!
Thank you.
I agree! Stock frame, stock firewall and must have all body panels on (front cap)
Cooper does a great podcast on the track stuff
The 2jz boggetti
And NOTHING is more BORING than bracket racing, shouldn't even be called racing... Index racing is almost tolerable...
Just saying
Really enjoy watching these, not much of podcast guy, until now. Alot or relatable content. Keep up the great work guys.
People need to distance themselves. I saw Chuck out in Arizona at a truck stop. I gave him courtesy. He didn't to be noticed. I totally get it guys .
Thank you for taking the time to share with us🏁🏁
I’d love to see the old man voice his opinion on small tire street car things
I can’t wait to meet you guys I’m 57 years old and love watching you guys and can’t wait to watch your videos. Would love to see a pod cast Ryan Mitchell
If y’all somehow get onto Joe Rogans podcast or he comes onto y’alls then it’ll be game over 💯% for the racing podcast community
You guys are making waves no one has ever seen. Just keep making content? You will keep going on. I promise you that.
I’m same way with sports and do not watch or participate with college or pro sports or the big racers at all, they just ain’t worth my time
Will always be a part of things you all do for others like that will always do my part to help

We need to go back to 10-15k to win and pay the rest to the top 4. Can’t put the rules on it unless you make 2 classes then that kills car count!
What about just changing the tire size to 26 ? That would fk a lot of people up .what do u think? We need you're input on this to Nick u have been around racing for a long time and have a good understanding of racing.

It's called respect guys. Be respectful. Just smile and wave I'm sure they'll wave back
