Agreed friend about shooters being ridiculously expensive. Saturn is the most underrated uappreciative system of alltime.. i truly enjoyed the many years even to this day since its release the history made for 2d gaming.. Incredible... Much love Sega! FOREVER
I wish there would be more of these types of games on the N64. Nobody had a Saturn growing up and all we got was star soldier vanishing earth which is just average.
sorry for the late reaction, i'll explain it in steps my saturn is a pal one. and is standerd rgb wired, i have a rgb scart cable (pal,euro) and then i scale it to 1080p with a upcaler box((you can use several of varying quality) and then i connect with hdmi for us and japan its diverent for a us one its the same steps but in the us, was scart never a standard. nowadays they are available( pay attention there are two kinds and look the same but the cable connection othewise connected you have composite,and rgb. get the rgb one its the best cable. for japan its the same steps thay got jp-21 it looks the same but also the cables is wired differend you also need another rgb cable(jp-21) euro is pal us and japan is ntsc
sooperheep well if you live in Europe ( I suppose not otherwise you should know) Pal/secam consoles have problems with ossc, the framemeister has this option for us. Don’t get me wrong, ossc is amazing too.
The sega saturn had the best shooters of the 32-64 bit era.

For me, with all the import marvels on this system, it's the best SEGA console, even better than the Megadrive/Genesis
connect it via rgb+ sync in a pvm and it will look a thousand times better

Just get a pseudo kai sega Saturn ram cart Wendy, it lets you play imports. And most importantly, REPRODUCTIONS. unless your already aware of that

There s no reason for a 4K video.
