Good video . I have a multi gym on my balcony but no room to sit or lay down to do regular abs work outs . So Ive suffered with lack of abs exercises. Lots of good workouts I can do now using my cable points .

First increase reps then set.
But keep the workout under weekly training volume. I.e 15-20 sets per week
