    Thank you so much for this video. I just started back hitting the gym after a year being sick. I wanted to do my abdominal exercises while using the cable and this video is perfect ❤️❤️❤️

      do around 3-4 of these for sure
      but make sure you’re hitting both obliques and abs when you’re choosing (chose wisely!)
      these are for hypertrophy so train 3 sets of 10-12 reps with progressive overload to failure

      Pick a weight that will let you do 10-12 reps with perfect form. Then, gradually increase the number of repetitions and weight.
