    Thanks for this, steel connections can be daunting to design especially for fresh civil engineers. It would be great if you could go into more depth on the analysis of the forces on the connection, e.g Horizontal force due to torsional moment and vertical due to direct shear, and then finding the resultant. Doing this for staggerrd or multi column connections would be great. Basically connection theory. Looking forward to your next videos, and keep up the good work mate!

      This is so true, i’ve been struggling and keep on being called ‘being spoon fed’ all the time but I was being honest and trying my best to understand as studying it theoretically is quite different than applying it in real design.
