In most cases flouride is helpful but in some cases it can cause teeth breaking because floride is enemy of calcium ( I didn't get right word so i used enemy ), that's why children under 5 years should not be given floride toothpaste, but in some cases it can also be harmful for adults

Just spitting out toothpaste without rinsing??....than what abt remenent of toothpaste in mouth...plzz rply??
After you’re done brushing, foam remains which contains fluoride. Spit out all the excess but don’t rinse your mouth using water, scrape your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Yes only a thin layer of foam will be left on teeth which eventually goes away in about 20-30 mins. But helps prevent tooth decay and leaves your mouth feeling fresh for much longer!
This is Smthng which i have never heard😮& i think it will be so uncomfortable not to rinse after brushing😶....i will definetly try it out ...but does it means ..we cant eat anything till 20 -30 min. Of brushing ..beacuse foam will go in gut...by this...😭

Hello ma'am i have a question its advised to drink water after waking up early morning. Soo basically one should brush and drink water or befor brushing teeth?
Drink water immediately on waking up it helps you rehydrate and then you can brush your teeth. The spit don’t rinse works best at night, where after brushing your teeth you can immediately go to sleep.
