You're absolutely right. All problems 1 combined solution "eat healthy, drink loads of water, exercise and get enough sleep." Even my life has changed alot during this lockdown. Starting mein tho I binge watched and used to sleep at 3 in the mrng. Later I realised isse haalat aur kharab hojayega already I strtd losing a hell lot of strands from my scalp and I decided to make a pattern to take care of myself. Cut to 2 months later: Now I don't eat oily food, eat only healthy one with less oil. I workout atleast 5-6times in a week. I promised myself to get 7-8hrs of sleep per day and also I drink 3-4lts of water daily. I could actly notice that different kinda shine in my skin. My acne is clearing up and My body feels reallllyyyy good. I also meditate for 10mins every day. I just love love love that feeling. I never thought I could do this like follow a proper pattern n stuff, but its already been almost 2months now and I absolutely love dng this. Either it is sunday or Monday I sleep by 11 and wake up at 7am. Also acne na sirf water, eating healthy and sleeping n wrkout se kuch logon ko jaayega and for some it doesn't. It is extremely imp to control the heat in ur body. Chaans peeo and sabja water.
@Shilpa Agarwal hey shilpa.. I usually do Chloe ting's workouts. Those programs are really effective. Apart from that I also do yoga, surya namaskaras, vinyasa and other asanas. You can check yoga with adriene if u r looking for a good beginner flow.

The hair oil helped in reducing my hairfall starting from the first use itself. Now I have been using it for a month. The hairfall is gone, frizz is gone, the natural shine of my hair is coming back. @@anniemshine4477 you have take coconut oil in a pan and then add chopped onions to it not finely chopped then you let it boil till the onions have turned brown ,drain them and voilaa you got the oil. Also she recommended to apply it twice a week.

A)The water thing I have been trying since I started having acne few years back and I have had worse days of sleep. Some days I dnt even get some sleep. I can totally relate that water is a magical magical thing. B) the oil is working for me. I started using it after you insta story. Loved it ♥️ thanks for saving my life. C) Man se Karna Chahiye is the KEY.. unless we enjoy what we do it's not gana be sustainable and you will end up being non-consistent. D) also started doing intermittent fasting during this lockdown.. lost alot of weight.started as an experiment now it's my life.

So here it goes my routine- So the MAIN main point is that I am not very strict with myself. I have done little changes but lifestyle changes in my life. I try having my dinner @ around 7:30 but I dnt let it exceed 9:00 pm Then I have been strict abt the fact that atleast I maintain the 12hours fasting window but I try to sustain if I can for like 14 hrs if possible or 16 hrs may be dpending on how my body is reacting.. I dnt force myself Then I have only black coffee and green tea during my fasting window and when I open my eating window I have a fistfull of plant based proteins like chana ya moong with some raw peanuts which I soak for overnight. Then I eat normally.. I have a mum cooked meal homely and wholesome for lunch. Then I have a cup of tea @around 4-4:30 with generous amt of sugar and snacks. This is basically a cheat meal I have everyday. At night I have a bowl of cooked daliya and oats with veggies. I take green tea as my detox drink twice after half an hour of taking food One after lunch and one after dinner. I have lost around 6-7 kgs since march and trust me the only thing that matters is not forcing yourself. I am very lazy at doing exercises so if you do it along with the diet you will get better results. I just simply dance when I want to and that I count it as my exercise.

@@anniemshine4477 you have take coconut oil in a pan and then add chopped onions to it not finely chopped then you let it boil till the onions have turned brown ,drain them and voilaa you got the oil.
Also she recommended to apply it twice a week.

A)The water thing I have been trying since I started having acne few years back and I have had worse days of sleep. Some days I dnt even get some sleep. I can totally relate that water is a magical magical thing.
B) the oil is working for me. I started using it after you insta story. Loved it ♥️ thanks for saving my life.
C) Man se Karna Chahiye is the KEY.. unless we enjoy what we do it's not gana be sustainable and you will end up being non-consistent.
D) also started doing intermittent fasting during this lockdown.. lost alot of weight.started as an experiment now it's my life.

@@sayonidas7633 actually I ddnt consult any dietician. I did alot of research and made a routine for myself and its working very very well for me. So here it goes my routine-
So the MAIN main point is that I am not very strict with myself. I have done little changes but lifestyle changes in my life.
I try having my dinner @ around 7:30 but I dnt let it exceed 9:00 pm
Then I have been strict abt the fact that atleast I maintain the 12hours fasting window but I try to sustain if I can for like 14 hrs if possible or 16 hrs may be dpending on how my body is reacting.. I dnt force myself
Then I have only black coffee and green tea during my fasting window and when I open my eating window I have a fistfull of plant based proteins like chana ya moong with some raw peanuts which I soak for overnight.
Then I eat normally.. I have a mum cooked meal homely and wholesome for lunch.
Then I have a cup of tea @around 4-4:30 with generous amt of sugar and snacks. This is basically a cheat meal I have everyday.
At night I have a bowl of cooked daliya and oats with veggies.
I take green tea as my detox drink twice after half an hour of taking food
One after lunch and one after dinner.
I have lost around 6-7 kgs since march and trust me the only thing that matters is not forcing yourself.
I am very lazy at doing exercises so if you do it along with the diet you will get better results. I just simply dance when I want to and that I count it as my exercise.

As l was getting so unhealthy so l have started
1)working out twice a day
2) l keep a bottle of water on my desk and l drink water every time l have a junk food craving

3) stopped pulling all nighters
And like you said it feels different and my body is super grateful to me...
