Ingredients:
* 1kg Chicken breast
* 2tsp Kosher Salt
* 1tsp Black pepper
* 2 Eggs
* 2 cups All purpose flour
* 2tsp Black pepper
* 2tbsp Garlic powder
* 2tbsp Onion powder
* 2tbsp Yellow Mustard
* 2 cups Water
* 1 cup Cornstarch
* Oil for frying
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes
2. Add the chicken into a food processor with salt, pepper and eggs and blend till fully processed. Set aside.
3. In a small bowl using a spatula mix together flour, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard and slowly add the water. Mix till a well combined liquid forms. Set aside.
4. In a small bowl add cornstarch.
5. Form 1 tablespoon sized chicken mixture into a nugget shape, coat into the cornstarch and coat well.
6. Lay the coated nuggets in a tray.
7. In a pot over medium heat add frying oil, and let it come to hot temperature.
8. Dip the coated nuggets into the liquid mixture, once fully coated carefully drop into the hot oil.
9. Allow to fry until golden on both sides.
10. Place the nuggets in a pan with tissue to absorb the excess oil, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
