So happy you got this I just bought one and there is no videos on it yet. Hoping you can make the bakery pizza dough so I can follow along and get it right
I'm looking forward to seeing a demonstration of the dough maker, especially the paddle stuffing bread.
The paddle is for mixing dumpling stuffing that is meat based. I wouldn't think it would be good for bread stuffing.
Proofing is a nice feature!
When you demo the machine can you include how it performs with whipping and if suitable for cookies and cakes
I bought the Bear dough machine and it has a proofing setting, I like it a lot does a great job for an inexpensive machine. I love your demonstrations on the mixers. Do you have a favorite one that is your go to? or if you could only keep two which one's would it be? I'm sure that would be a tough decision.
What made you choose this brand over the Bear machine?
Why not just use a stand mixer to make bread dough like always.
It looks like it does a better job of kneading than a dough hook. Plus, it has the ferment function.
@@davidbgreensmith I see, I can’t afford to buy a new piece of equipment as often as they are coming out with them.
@boxgirl51 yeah, I know what you mean. Plus you need to buy a bigger house to store all this stuff. I make do with a food processor for kneading and the Instant Pot for proving.
I have the Bear machine and make two whole wheat loaves and six buns using 38 ounces of flour and a stand mixer has a tough time doing that. I have a lower priced stand mixer and make muffins and cookies with it.
Why not just buy a bread maker?
It's not the same
This can do larger volume than a Breadmaker.

It makes more dough than a bread machine.
The whisk pieces sound cheap AF. Why can't a mixer company spend $5 and add well made whisk pieces?
Yeah, I wouldn't really use it to whisk. Mostly as a dough maker. The video on that should be up tomorrow. Thanks for watching!
Sorry, but I'd never buy a gadget like this. Just the underpowered whine it makes is enough to make me cringe. Make a proofing box. Don't waste your money on junk.
