Hi Amy I have to say, you are the only person to actually show how the “Joydeem” bread maker works. Now you have a “Mokkom dough maker”. I am so excited. Again you are the only person to demonstrate the machine. And because of you, I am buying one.I love your channel.Keep up the great work. You are my new “go to” when I have a problem 😄.
Tysm for this vid. I didn't even know they made Dough makers. My bread machine is just for making Dough., too. Bread just tastes better in an oven. I was glad to see how much Dough this maker can hold!! Ty again!
I can not believe how easy this machine is to use. Fresh milled hard red wheat. After it mixed all the ingredients, I turned off the machine so this dough could rest. I even got a window pane after the hour. Now it is proofing.
from the same maker as the Bear one? The dough hook, the lid and kneading process looks the same as the Bear ...and other than the washer & screw and the 2 different temp settings for the ferment , it is basically the same thing...oh ya, this one has an extra whip setting...but why have a whip setting on a dough maker ... and the base on this one looks bigger
Basically, a proofer is unnecessary unless you are in a hurry. Dough will proof on its own, without a proofer or without an extra warm environment of sorts. It just need some extra time. And more time means more flavor development. The kneading action of that machine looks good, though. Easy to clean, I imagine.
Personally, I like having a proofer. That’s the part that I like about this. Especially during the winter months because it can get drafty with people constantly in and out of the house and it definitely affects the dough. Its also super dry during the winter and the dough sometimes gets dry on the top before it’s risen fully and that stunts it. Then the dough doesn’t rise properly and the bread is really dense and/or tastes too yeasty. So, for me, I like it. It’s definitely not necessary, but I like that the results are consistent, I can plan my day because I know how long everything will take, and I get a good quality dough. A proofer definitely isn’t for everybody though, and I do feel it tastes more bland when it’s proofed with a proofer, so I totally understand. I actually never used to use one, but then I was baking bread every day in a restaurant and the convenience of the proofer got me.
wow! loved it! the kind of machine that is a "must" in my kitchen...thank you Amy! when I saw this one in your other video I hoped you will do a bread soon and I had my wish! I will be buying this one very soon! thanks again, and if you can, out of your busy schedule, do what you do with the others, like cookie dough and whipping cream just for the fun of it? :) I will love to see it! Now, reading the comments, somebody reminded me about the Bear machine, can you compare both? would you say the Bear is better quality for example? I know it doesn't have the other options, but it seemed pretty good in your video and it's cheaper than this one, Thank you Amy!
You don't have time to make bread dough, but you have time to get this machine out, clean it up when you are done, and put it away each time you want bread?
@@SuperTinyTurtle oh I see, the problem is not that the machine is not good, but that my purpose of acquiring it is because I wouldn't have the time to make the dough? there are many reasons to want to buy or have a certain machine, this answer has nothing to do with my question, so I will assume that you don't have any bases to say that this machine is junk, just a dark purpose about people thinking in getting one that only you know about, so that makes me want it more...thank you very much for your reply...
I have the beer dough maker and I don't really see a difference between the two so I guess I'm just going to stick with my bear. It does the same default timing, 15 minutes mix and 130 fermented. I would however like to see you use some of their accessories that came with this machine
I absolutely love my bread maker. I got it for $35 on sale before Christmas 10 years ago. I use it regularly to make toast bread (which I bake in the machine). After all these years of heavy use, it kind of starts to sound like the motor is struggling more and more while kneading, so I'll probably have to replace it pretty soon. I was actually thinking about this type of a dough maker for quite some time, but I'm not sure If I'm gonna like as much a as a fully automated bread maker. For me the baking function is a deal breaker, since I like to put all the ingredients in the machine, select a program and just take care of other stuff, while the machine is making bread from start to finish. It's a nice little machine though, just not for me.
If I didn't have a bread machine and stand mixer I would buy a dough machine. I use the bread machine for a single loaf of bread or rolls. If I need more I use the stand mixer. If my bread machine or mixer broke I would think about buying a dough machine.

Beautiful bread Amy!! Nice dough machine!
Nice bread Amy 😊 Can we please see the other functions of the machine? Thanks ☺️
Wow!!!! YUM-O-LICIOUS!! I like your shirt Amy! I love the bright colors!
Absolutely awesome. You’ve given me the confidence to use my Mokkom. Thank you
Amy, I like your video, That is a nice machine to make dough.
8:30 I like this dough maker. .!!!!!🥖🥖🥖🥖🥖🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🥐🥐🥐🥯🥯🥯
I would like to see it sliced to see the texture? And how it toasts ? Did it turn out very soft or was it a firmer sandwich texture?
Looks like a nice machine to have . Thanks for testing Amy.

Gorgeous gadgets
Just curious on how it performs using the other attachments?
Amazon has some videos showing how to use other accessories.
What do you do with all your appliances?
Will this work with fresh milled flour ?

I bought it. Haven’t tried it yet.
Any agitation during proofing, or is it just heat?
Just heat
Which do you like better. The bear or this one
Will this make pizza dough?
Mine came today
Awesome! Have you tried it out?
@@AmyLearnsToCook later today. I have no more bread.
I bought mine and it didn’t rise, I did what you said which it seems to be easy, I got so excited but it didn’t rise.
What is the cost of this machine?
$150......You don't need this. It's an embarrassing gadget.
Today is $109
How about pizza dough?
Low-hydration doughs would catch this thing on fire, lol.
basically is the same recipe so it will be very good for it
Will this handle freshly milled flour?
How would freshly milled flour be any different to mix? Flour is flour. Low-hydration dough.....now that's another story.

it's having the time of its life. i think you might be projecting no offense

@@SuperTinyTurtle why would you say that? do you own one? I wouldn't say its number one but I think it did a pretty good job...

Why do you say it's junk
lol......no
That bread was tasty. Didn't stand a chance.😂
