I first saw them around this time, Cracking Live band.......This is rare as shit to see Therapy? at the the time Pleasure Death came out......Saw them a few times between this time till about 1993! Thanks for posting!!! Got hairs on the back of my neck sticking up....the memories!!!
Great vid., but I was living in Ireland (Ballinasloe) back then, and I saw this show but I remember them playing Meat Abstract. Any chance of putting that one up too?
At this time 89/90 right up to 1994, Therapy? were the most original and electrifying band - Truly original and exciting. Better than Nirvana, on a par with Sonic Youth, as good as the Pixies - essentially a "world class band" - No other British/Irish/Euro band could match them. They even gave Metallica a run for their money around 1993. Unfortunately, this band were the sum of their parts and once Fyfe Ewing left, the magic disappeared - what followed was pedestrian and predictable heavy metal. Such a shame really - if you take Copeland out of The Police or Peart from Rush - what have you got? Not much - well Ewing proved to be much more than the "drummer" in this band. Cairns seems genuinely depressed since the departure. Sad.
Holy crap this is as old as it gets! They are still this awesome and as anyone who has met them will tell you, the nicest people on the planet.
