The singers in today's world get adulterated by the big record labels. So the true artists like Allison have to find safe harbor under businesses like PMJ. Which honestly is probably more similar to how it was in the early 20th century and prior. Mid 20th century was a boom, consumers still knew what was truly good and the media was able to distribute it widely

I've been a fan of PMJ for some time but only recently watched Allison Young perform with them. She is the REAL DEAL! And amazing voice and true entertainer. I'm following her with Josh Turner doing something very different and equally magical. Love him... love her. Check them out folks.
There's a certain trade off with live performance right? I mean you have the idiots that make noise but also there are tangible moments in a live performance that push the art beyond its boundries.

OMG....I did not know that Allison did a tour with PMJ. She's the only singer who could have brought me out to the show. With my luck, they were probably in my area and I missed them.
I love every song she sings, even the ones where she plays the ukelele. She is very talented and has perfect timing and pitch, essential for star quality singers.
