How to drill out and re-tap a sheared bolt thread

When a bolt shears in two leaving the thread in the hole it's not the end of the world but the beginning of a journey to self fulfilment and personal satisfaction as you drill it out and re-tap the thread using inexpensive hand tools. Just did this for my Camshaft cap bolt I snapped it off in the head. So I drilled it and tapped a new bolt.
