I’m so sorry to have to be this person but betterhelp is not a trustworthy company. They were even caught sharing private customer data. It sounds good and I would love if there was an ethical company making therapy more accessible but they’ve had multiple issues that to my knowledge haven’t been properly addressed. Isabella Lanter made a video last year that’s a pretty good summary of the kinds of problems that have occurred.
I don’t blame you for not knowing Gracie, unless you’d been affected or worked in the mental health field you’d be unlikely to realise. Idk if they still say this but the only reason I became suspicious was that they used to advertise being able to message your therapist any time, which is not good practice. There’s a reason therapy and crisis lines are different services. If I hadn’t worked at a crisis line before it probably would’ve sounded great to me! So yeah, I hope this makes sense and I still appreciate your intention to speak up about mental health 💕
Gracie is so nice and joyful, she’s such an amazing person and I can’t believe she is so bright and talented. Also she is a olympic gymnast which is crazy she’s like the most kindest person on earth
