Been watching Molly's videos for ages, she is so cool at what she does, and seems to be such a really nice person too. Congrats Gracie for making it through this training in such a spectacular way.

Well done Molly for being such an encouraging, effective instructor and well done you for becoming a high diver. 🙂

Cliff diving at Havasu Falls, Arizona was an exhilarating escapade, even from a height of 30 feet. The fear of jumping dissipates when we embrace the thrill of the experience, making us crave for more!
Very nice! I (together with two friends) started my local diving club when I was 17 (i.e. 50 years ago), doing a straight jump like this from higher altitudes is actually quite difficult: It is very hard to not start any kind of rotation, neither forward nor backwards. Doing a back somersault is much more controllable since you control the rotation rate by how much you tuck in and how long you do so. I noticed that around the 10-minute mark they did a forward flip with 180-degree rotation, that one you can do very easily by just concentrating on a point off to the side you want to rotate towards, and it leaves you in control all the time because you can see the water all the time while flipping.
