Watching that Direct, you could tell the Switch era is nearing to a close.
So, Mario & Luigi: Brothership and Metroid Prime 4: Beyond look to be the final first party offerings on Switch.
What a run the Switch has had. It revitalised interest in Nintendo after the disastrous Wii U. You could make an argument that it’s the most important console in Nintendo’s storied history.
