Tone It Up tips for first trimester. Listen to your body, its telling you what it needs and want. Be that a nap, hungry or thirsty (or sick 😷). The placenta isn't created yet so baby is taking all energy and it directly from you. So your body is working tripley hard. Hope this helps.
Tone It Up I’m 11 weeks pregnant and prior to finding out just 2 weeks ago, I was on a weight loss journey and had lost 30kg. When the dr told me I couldn’t do intense HIIT workouts anymore I was so upset but I’m so glad I found this channel! This was challenging enough to make me sweat! Please continue with this series!!!!
13 weeks with my first and ive had such bad pregnancy sickness my body has been in so so much need for being moved a little. Finally had the energy and non-nauseous time today to do this workout...super gently with a couple of tins for weights. Felt like I just came back into my body and got some much needed endorphins running! xxx

Thank you for this Bump'n Body workout! I sweat so much! I've been looking for different pregnancy workouts, and I'm glad I came across yours! Since I didn't have dumbbells, I used a 10lb kettlebell and modified some moves. I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl, and this is my second one. Tips? Practice your breathing a lot, in through the nose, out to the mouth. Prenatal yoga or even any breathing exercises/meditation helped me a lot. When you're giving birth naturally, contrary to movie portrayals, even though it really hurts, you're not supposed to yell. I did that on my first one, and it didn't help me push at all. Instead, I had to go back and remember that I had to close my mouth as I exhale, which will actually push the baby out much easier. Hope this helps! Thanks again!
Katrina- thank you so much for these amazing workouts! I joined the app at the beginning of my pregnancy and now at 38 weeks this is still my favorite workout. I’ve done it at least once a week and sometimes 3 or 4 times! I can’t thank you enough for the content you’ve created for pregnant women, it’s amazing and inspiring, especially on the days where you feel like you can’t get off the couch or overwhelmed by how your body looks and is changing. Great workout for any mama trying to feel good while pregnant. It worked up a good enough sweat to make me feel like I was getting it done, but also felt completely safe with all the moves. I would even continue outside of pregnancy, I enjoyed this so much. In my opinion, it targets all the areas women really want to work on. Thanks for the great video!!
I used to be someone who went to the gym for 2 hours 5x a week. After getting pregnant, I have really been feeling down about not being able to get myself there, but I am just so exhausted! There are not many good prenatal workout videos I can find. This was a perfect pace for me and I did not have to leave the house! I really hope you guys continue making more of these.

Wow I LOVED this workout. I am currently 17 weeks along, and have just started feeling better after my first trimester. Because I hardly did any physical activity during my first trimester, some of this workout was hard for me, but I am super excited to do it a few times a week and slowly build up to more. I love this workout! I have a 4 year old, a 2 year old and am 12 weeks pregnant with twins. This pregnancy is harder on my body since I’m growing faster and already stay home taking care of two littles. I love that you combined strength and cardio (at least its cardio if you’re pregnant with twins lol). I hope you make more prenatal videos! Good luck with your babies! Trust your gut and don’t worry too much about everyone else’s opinion because they will all be different. You know your baby best. It will be very hard at times and you might feel like you’re failing but you aren’t! Ask for help and know that there are so many amazing times headed your way.

I‘m in my third trimester and I do this workout twice a week, it has become a ritual. It was hard to find one for me that engages several muscle groups and is not too tough or too soft. Love it!
I'm almost 11 weeks along and this workout is EXACTLY what I needed. Other prenatal videos I've tried haven't been challenging enough and this one was the perfect amount. I found out we were pregnant when my morning sickness started at Week 5. One thing that has been a game changer is these ginger, lemon and B6 gummies that were recommended to me by a mama of 4. They are called Baby and MegaFood Baby and Me 2 Morning Sickness Nausea Relief Chews. You can buy them in Whole Foods or Amazon (cheaper). I went from terrible nausea, not able to eat anything but saltines from the moment I woke up until I dragged myself to work. And then sporadic waves of nausea throughout work to eating one of these chews in the morning and one before I go to work. I work at Whole Foods and between the horrible smells (break room and employee entrance are right next to the seafood dept...so dumb) and working next to Prepared Foods with everything they are making, I just knew I was going to puke at work. Though I still have dizziness, fatigue and waves of nausea, these chews have helped me tremendously. On days I don't work at Whole Foods, one chew gets me through the entire day! Thank you so much for creating these videos, teaching us safe moves to prevent injury to ourselves and our babies and getting me excited about toning up my body again (Before I was able to see my doctor, I quit working out because I wasn't sure what to do and because dizziness prevented me from running). I went 4 weeks without doing much, eating more (thanks to the chews) I had lost weight in the first 10 days before I found them and I had lost a lot of muscle. Anyway, thank you! I'm excited to do more of these workouts!
7 1/2 weeks today and this is the second time doing this video. First day was a bit hard, today even though I’m sore wasn’t as hard and honestly I feel so good afterwards. First time I didn’t make it to through the whole video; today I did! Enjoyed it thank you both! Congratulations to you both 🎊

This is so great!! I’m FTM 23 weeks, and haven’t worked out like this in a while because I wasn’t sure what would be safe - yet I am dying to get into shape!!! This workout definitely was a challenge but all the movements felt really natural and safe and I’m excited to come back to it!
This was amazing! I'm 12 weeks and haven't done a work out (besides going for walks) in 4 months. I was a little scared if I would be able to push through, but I did it with no dumbbells and I feel SO good. Can't wait to increase weights as I build up my strength

I'm at 34 weeks and it's been a struggle to find good prenatal workouts! I've been modifying my pilates workouts, but this was such an amazing workout! I didn't have to think about modifications or alternate moves, I was able to just workout and enjoy the workout!! Thank you so much!

My advice is not to listen to advice 😜 More specifically listen to your intuition and don’t feed into all of the articles that are meant to shame and scare you. Trust that your relationship with your baby is your own and no one else’s and reach out to the people you trust when you need someone to vent to who will not judge but simply be a friend! this workout was perfect! I am 15 weeks with my 2nd babe and have finally started to feel normal again and am so motivated to workout!! I have been having trouble finding a prenatal workout that keeps my interest and is the right amount of difficulty and this is just what I needed :) I'm so excited to see what else you guys come out with, but until then i'll be doing this on repeat :)
Hi!!!! I'm 6 weeks along as of today! It made me feel so validated when you said that you took a nap already that day! Hahah that has been my life everyday after work I collapse into my bed! Even if I just sat at my desk all day. This made me feel so good after a morning of feeling really icky. :D
This is a great workout, the only thing I was worried was not to hit my bump during the deadlift row... I'm worried I won't be able to do this in my 3rd trimester. Any modifications?

I'm about 20 weeks in and this was the perfect pre-work routine. Didn't leave me too exhausted, but left me feeling like I was ready to take on the day. It's brief enough too that I don't feel like it's a burden to work it into my day. Wondering too if you have any tips for ladies who are already experiencing back pain? Maybe a stretch or two? This was a great workout for me, even at 20 weeks. I could definitely continue doing this. Thank you. this is my 3rd pregnancy and one thing i strive to maintain is workouts. The last 2 I had trouble but with this one...has been much more easy to do. As a mom, one thing i recommend. Naps and take them and enjoy them.

Not pregnant, but I am starting to workout again after the flu. I enjoyed this work out as something challenging and also low-impact to ease back into it. Absolutely wonderful.

I'm at 34 weeks and it's been a struggle to find good prenatal workouts! I've been modifying my pilates workouts, but this was such an amazing workout! I didn't have to think about modifications or alternate moves, I was able to just workout and enjoy the workout!! Thank you so much!

hi i just wanted to say i love this workout you both are so much fun i feel after each workout my little one is 1 he loved his walker that was the best thing i could get for him he was cruzing around the house at 5months :) now he is already hiking with me we have our good days and bad days just have fun during this adventure i saw the year this was made so i hope you both had smooth deliveries and are having a great time with your little ones thank you again :)
My advice is not to listen to advice 😜 More specifically listen to your intuition and don’t feed into all of the articles that are meant to shame and scare you. Trust that your relationship with your baby is your own and no one else’s and reach out to the people you trust when you need someone to vent to who will not judge but simply be a friend! Congrats to you both!! Enjoy this wild ride!!! ❤️

this workout was perfect! I am 15 weeks with my 2nd babe and have finally started to feel normal again and am so motivated to workout!! I have been having trouble finding a prenatal workout that keeps my interest and is the right amount of difficulty and this is just what I needed :) I'm so excited to see what else you guys come out with, but until then i'll be doing this on repeat :)

Hi!!!! I'm 6 weeks along as of today! It made me feel so validated when you said that you took a nap already that day! Hahah that has been my life everyday after work I collapse into my bed! Even if I just sat at my desk all day. This made me feel so good after a morning of feeling really icky. :D
This is a great workout, the only thing I was worried was not to hit my bump during the deadlift row... I'm worried I won't be able to do this in my 3rd trimester. Any modifications?

I'm about 20 weeks in and this was the perfect pre-work routine. Didn't leave me too exhausted, but left me feeling like I was ready to take on the day. It's brief enough too that I don't feel like it's a burden to work it into my day. Wondering too if you have any tips for ladies who are already experiencing back pain? Maybe a stretch or two? Thanks ladies!

This was a great workout for me, even at 20 weeks. I could definitely continue doing this. Thank you. this is my 3rd pregnancy and one thing i strive to maintain is workouts. The last 2 I had trouble but with this one...has been much more easy to do. As a mom, one thing i recommend. Naps and take them and enjoy them.

I just found this and loved the workout!! I am on baby #4 (due 9/6), so I need all of the motivation and energy I can get! I can definitely tell I will feel the burn after this workout but in a good and needed way!
