It's an iconic line from Jack Karlson's 1991 arrest over a 'succulent Chinese meal.'
Then working as a Brisbane crime reporter, 7NEWS chief reporter Chris Reason was outside the China Sea restaurant in Fortitude Valley when the hilarious scene unfolded. He filed this report for Seven Nightly News.
The arrest has since become one of Australia's most popular memes, spawning countless impersonations and even lines of merchandise.
