It's so magical I bought one :) And yeah it's very pricey. For the same price you can have an analogue 4 (which I have and I'm a little bit disappointed with the sound, it's analogue yes, but sounds more digital than analogue).
It’s not the “Box”.... it’s the “NOISEMAKER”!!! (knob twister, Frequency manipulator, .... whatever you want to call him) Excellent!!!!! (as usual!!!!)
You got it right : soft and mellow sounding. That's exactly what it is. Exactly the opposite of many synths such as the Bass Station 2, se02,... That's why I bought one!
..would have potential for a long piece with different timbres ... especially towards the end, I would have liked the initial melakonia to an impressive final ... but as I said ... that would be my taste again. apart from that again a well interpreted piece with interesting hardware.
It's my favourite sequencer right now. I'm not sure why it's not more popular, maybe the price? It's pretty expensive when you include the expansion, but you get a lot for that. It's insanely powerful, musical and inspiring to use. I can't say that about many sequencers I've used.
I came here as it was mentioning the Five12, might leave with a Perfourmer as well. ;-) Anyway, this is a very fine piece; I like the kind of mood that comes out of it! Have you released anything where you've used this setup? Thanks!
Beautiful work! Quick question, is every note sequenced / programmed by you via midi or does Perfourmer adds notes on its own via different modes? Roman
Hey Jericho, good to hear from you! I didn't keep the Perfourmer due to lack of space, but I had the MIDI version. IIRC I think I sequenced it via Vector or NerdSeq with their midi out. Was quite happy with just the MIDI version of it with those sequencers.
@@stateazure I wish it had some more CV inputs as I'm currently searching for an analogue poly/paraphonic voice in my setup. I love the knobby interface on the vermona, but I'm intrigued by the moog matriarch. Will listen more to your fantastic tracks!
@@jericho2x2 The Perfourmer was a bit limited into control over automation even with MIDI, I think they wanted you to really play with it live. I'd be curious what you end up going for. The Matriarch sounds really nice! Thanks man, take care.
amazing piece as always, I love the sound of the perfourmer too. Is this track available on your bandcamp or soundcloud? I've tried looking but I can't seem to find it.
are all the sounds coming from the vermona? Can u explain me how it's possible that so many different melodys playing from that machine ? I just dont understand 😂😂😂 Greetings ! Please answer ^^
Well it's 4 VCOs each with it's own shape, filter, envelope. LFO etc, and as you play polyphonic stuff you can have it cycle through the VCOs for each note based on the tempo. It's all from the Vermona.
There’s something magical about the Perfourmer. The sound, the look, the build quality. It has it all!
Also the price T_T
@@theFloxie It's pricey for sure, but man is it built like a tank!
Anton Pålsson it’s worth it! Also check out videos from Vosne. He uses it quite a bit and that is where my love for it stemmed.
This thing has got a soul, its really a mystery to me. Every perfourmence I see on it stuns me

I keep on coming back to this one, love it so much!
This thing sounds really amazing. Love the occasional manual pitch wobble and the distortion toward the end.
Beautiful jam!
Another mesmerising jam. The Perfourmer sounds amazing.
Wauw what a great machine! Lovely sound !!!
Phenomenal!
great work amazing sounds
damn deep, awesome stuff again!
Just lovely.
You could include this song in your next album. Sounds great!
definitely!
Another 12 cool tracks and third modular work done!!
Enjoyed this a lot, thanks for sharing!
Amazing
Great soundscape...I really enjoy it😀🎶
What a beautiful sequence full of movement... I love how dirty it is!
Thanks, Omri :)
Superbbbb!!! Big like ;-)
Gorgeous
Amazing sound !

Very cool! Love the sound and the reverb...
Beautiful!
LOVE it! Finally got a chance to listen in headphones. Sounds great.
Cheers, Mike! Glad you liked my first little play with this beast!
🔥🔥🔥🤘
Different again. Thank you.
lovely !!
Vermona is the antimoog. So soft and mellow sounding.

How do you like the Vector? It's a sequencer I don't often (ever) see.

Gore Bore its the best sequencer out there with the possible exception of a cirklon.

Many thanks! I think this was the only one I did. The Perfourmer was a little too big for me to keep, but it has such a great sound.
🖤
Very nice. What is the module top left next to the make noise?
Thanks. Cs-L to the left, NerdSeq to the right of the Morphagene.
Beautiful work! Quick question, is every note sequenced / programmed by you via midi or does Perfourmer adds notes on its own via different modes?
Roman
That's right, all notes were sequenced from the Five12 Vector
Love the sound of the Perfourmer. Do you just sequence it via midi or do you have the CV/Gate upgrade?

Thanks, Jacob. I'm including this track with Modular Works 3, which is pretty close to release.
Which reverb effects were used here? Strymon? Eventide? Something else? Thanks! ;-)
Strymon Timeline and Eventide Space only I think!

Difficult to tune it ?
Pas du tout !
Great session - but it would be very interesting to hear the Perfourmer without those super nice effects from Eventide and Strymon.
