@jana... i had a stroke last dec of 2020... i still cannot extend my trigger finger & thumb and my toes still is still curled (right side of my body is affected) can you please advice me on what to do? thanks..
Hi Anna, it is difficult to provide appropriate information without examination and discussion on the type of rehab undertaken so far. Here are some ideas : muscle release through physiotherapy will help, warm water stretching movements (in a bucket/bath), or some people have been advised through doctor advise and intervention is Botox to release the tightness in muscles & joints caused by the stroke. Reach out to a physiotherapist to help with these initial phases. We hope you have success moving forward.
What exercises were done to lift the knee? I have a ton of tone and will be getting Botox soon.
