You are my inspiration! I had a stroke 7 months ago and I’m trying to jump right now, I know that I will need a lot of work, patience and resilience to get my strength and coordination back, thank you!
You are progressing extremely well. YOU ARE CORRECT - patience & resilience. The journey is very repetitive but , in the long run, all worthwhile - all the best, John
Great work The wizards of Oz, bringing magic to Strokees all over the globe. Thank you and hats off to John for demo-ing his hard earned and sweet beautiful recovery results.
Great video. I had 3 strokes in March/April 2022, was in hospital 6 months. Home now 7 months wheelchair bound mostly but mobilising on a walking frame. There is not a lot of help here, I think Covid is still having an impact on available services. So I decided to seek out my own help via UA-cam it’s amazing. The amount of physio support you can see on UA-cam is really helpful. Thank you so much for publishing your journey. It is immensely helpful. Thanks again, Sheilagh
Shellagh, you are doing a great job fighting back from 3 strokes - keep on striving to improve a littlr every day. Looking forward to gearing more about your improvements
Ooo, I am excited to try some of these moves!! I just hit my one year post stroke and I seem to need a motivational pick me up, you just did that for me! Thank you❤
Hi Richie, I am just sharing my personal journey. I'm lucky that I have been able to access these opportunities. I am not an expert, just someone doing stroke recovery.
You need to be inventive and use what you have around you. A chair, a counter, the Wc and your walking frame. I have had 3 strokes and have had negligible help. Recovery may take longer, but it is recovery ❤
THANKS YOU GOODNESS 🌟 DAPHNE COTTON ALWAYS 💜 AMEN
