wow~what a surprise! welcome to my motherland :) there’s a lot more things to enjoy also great for bike trip. have a great time in Korea and safe trip mate.
- Seoul style Bulgogi (thinly sliced beef in soy sauce with a little broth) - Kongguksu (cold bean-soup noodles) - Seolleongtang (ox bone soup) - Pyeongyang naengmyeon (Pyeongyang-style cold buckwheat with clear broth like water) - Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) - Kalguksu (noodle soup) at Myeongdong Kyoja Restaurant. It is located in Myeong-dong) # Originally, traditional Korean food is mild and not spicy at all. Unlike now, all kimchi was originally white.
KOREAN FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!. It’s up there with the best in the world for me. You actually made my mouth water at 6:54am. I spent 4 years in Korea and don’t regret 1 single moment. Amazing place, amazing people and FIRST CLASS food. Great vid paddy.
Ever since I went to SK in 2018, Seoul is the best city ive visted. Even above other amazing cities like Tokyo, Bangkok and NYC. Amazing vidoe as always and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Look forward to the next video 👌
Just an observation Paddy, you have the biggest smile on your face all through this video. Looks like you are having a great time. I think having MS Pea by your side lifts your spirits. Enjoy.
I have never been but you have shown your view of delicious Korean food and it’s amazing culture. Look forward to seeing more of your videos about beautiful Korea .
Welcome to Seoul,S.Korea. I'm native korean. I've been in Seoul for 50 years since I was born in. I'm sure that it's your best memories in your various trips.
Never been to Korea except for a 4 hours layover at the airport earlier this year! The food court looks amazing and my husband and I wouldn’t mind checking it out one of these days! Thanks for taking us along & for 16:11 sharing this video Paddy😊
Let`s have100% fun with Paddy & lovely Miss P. in Korea - out of the path of so many travel vlogs ! i`m very surprised about Seoul`s food market, it is a very orderly atmosphere and food looks delish✌🤩looking forward with great curiosity to your new travel route, Thy ! Paddy👍top!
I've seen a lot of videos from travel vloggers in Seoul, but as usual I love your take on things Paddy. It looked absolutely delicious! I love Korean food already, so I'm sure I'd love Seoul. So nice seeing Miss P's smiling face! She's out of your league mate, lucky man. 😉
In the U.K/America she's probably considered under age... And Im still convinced Paddy's gay anyway. Either way, I don't care, I like the videos, I just wish he would get drunk a bit more
Mate the mung bean pancakes are fantastic, the soy sauce onion thing compliments it perfectly. Plus it's great with Makgoli. Hotteok is great as well 👍
That's a good shout giving people who film at these places to remember to be courteous to the locals in their home turf. Like Paddy mentioned, don't leave your junk sprawled out preventing paying customers to sit.
You and your girlfriend are adorable together. Love have much fun your videos are. I could never climb a mountain, but I love watching you do exciting things. I appreciate you sharing your adventures. I love how much fun you make walking around sight seeing and trying new foods. That I can do, and you inspire me to. Keep being you…you are a natural and your girlfriend has the best laugh. Love to you both. 💞
Nice to see Miss P being incorporated into your videos. She speaks for the 1st time too! I slowed the playback speed down to Normal to hear her real voice. We were in Soul this past November
Very cool! I love that you decided to go to another vendor instead of waiting for the one that everyone else wanted to go to... I get the hype of "This one was on TV" but how unfair to the others in the same market - unless there truly was something unique or different about the one. Miss P is adorable!! I'm happy to see that she is feeling a little more comfortable in front of the camera. 🥰 Looking forward to more Korea videos!
I’m a fan Paddy, don’t take this the wrong way, but learn the names of food first. The noodle dish is kalguksu. The dumplings are called mandu (not wontons). Looking forward to seeing more of Korea, it’s an amazing country with some of the best food in the whole world.
I've been watching since I didn't have 10,000 subscribers. It's hard to believe that he finally got out of Southeast Asia and came to Korea. From Seoul to Jeju Island, the country is small, but it is a country full of things to see, eat, and enjoy even if you visit for a month. I want him to enjoy Korea the way I did in England.
Paddy your videos are fantastic and the Singapore 20 dollar challenge was great the best quote I’ve listened to in ages was 17 dollars a pint just a slight adjustment…peace and happiness on your travels
My bride says "We want more Korea!" We watch together as a couple. Would be curious to see a side-by-side comparison of the hyped-busy dumpling stall vs. another to determine if there is any substantial difference in quality, or if it's just the stall that got featured by chance
I have been wondering where to go to escape the April heat wave in Thailand. We went to Costa Rica this April. But I think your Vlog has us going to Korea next April. Thanks for sharing. You look happier with Miss P as your travel companion. Have fun Seoul-Man.
What a nice change! I have been to Seoul 5 or 6 times and always love it. I have not been to that market though and will add. It next time I am there. Thanks Paddy and Miss P. Looking forward to the next next level! ❤❤
That was good fun. We have a few Korean enclaves in Toronto that used to be inexpensive and fun. However, something happened and the prices went through ceiling. A few a the small Mom and Dad places closed, sadly. Anyway, the prices went way up and the quality in a lot of places went down. I do still enjoy the small variety dishes they serve before the entree comes to the table. Now that I've seen the real deal, I think a visit to Seoul will have to go on the bucket list. Ah yes, as in Thailand, the freshness can't be beat. Thank you Paddy and Ms. P. Rock on!! dcb
Nice video, like always. You should come to Bavaria. Especially the Bavarian forest. I can show you a beautiful small mountain. There you can see the milkyway if it new moon 🌙
Hi Paddy, We love your video's! It's really authentic, fun and informative to watch. We have a question about your adventure. Do you think you are going to Malaysia? We were there once and we loved it. The Malaysian are incredibly nice. Phuoc from the Netherlands
You talked my old ass into buying a ticket to Thailand in October. Now you're in Korea?!?!? I'm going go watch Life in Bamboo. What a life you have made for yourself. Good luck kid.
Really enjoyed this Paddy, only problem is that it's made my mouth water so much!! I will have to have breakfast now, shame that I don't know how to make Korean food, yet alone have the ingredients. I think as I have Thai ingredients and a little Thai cooking skills, I will make Thai food for my British Sunday morning breakfast. Your recent work makes me want to explore more of Asia rather than just Thailand..As I must have been to Thailand over 20 times. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love Thailand (my lovely Wife is Thai and my lovely Children are half Thai / half British). Although i have been to Japan four times and Myanmar once. You and your work bring me a renewed sense of joy and curiosity for travel and trying different food, visiting different countries and trying to get a glimpse into their respective cultures. Best Regards Ivan from the UK
Hi Paddy... Looks like a great market to visit. Straight away I'm googling flight prices to Seoul 😂.... Can you give me an idea of general expenses not really detailed just compared to England for instance. Great to see another video mate 👍👌
You should try Pyeongyang Naengmyeon without red pepper sauce, the blandest dish in the world, at famous traditional naengmyeon restaurants in Seoul such as Bongpiyang, Wooraeok, Eulmildae, and Neungrado. That's true Korean traditional food.🤤
Your girlfriend is stunning. I hope u guys are very happy together. First time watcher of ur channel. Im def gonna be back and i subscribed!! Thank u for your honest content.
Mate well done for avoiding the queue and the hype. I've no doubt they're lovely caterers and people but definitely go help the underdog esp when quality is no doubt as good. There's places in Amsterdam famous for French fries and Dutch Mayo (steady!)... People queue up outside this place for chips and mayo whole tons of others nearby... Chips and mayo... Mate we wouldn't line up for cheesy chips and mayo here at 3am in the old days 😅😂
Your girlfriend is Thai. Both of you are cute❤❤❤.always waitiing for your new blog.. May I know what camera do you use? You inspired me. Enjoy your travels❤❤❤
Hello old Pad, just wanted to say : A. Have yet to find a tech flaw, Cam- Edit etc--in one of your Vids B. Your Vids do not drag, 20 mins over Quickly C. One of my favourite cities in the world. Amazing culture, amazing people, incredible food! No better place than Gwangjang! Not a fan of queues either mate, especially when the food is near identical at most stalls!

Usually, the broth of korean dumpling soup is clear or white. It seems to be different form korean traditional dumpling soup.

Pro tip when eating dolsot bibimbap - don’t mix up the rice at the bottom of the bowl….leave until last so it gets crispy.
