A woman cannot say she has high standards for herself when she is consistently 50+ pounds overweight. Women need to be their best self and then the best will come.

The moment I decided to stop listening to my depression brain and started taking care of me first was the moment life got better. The wine glass idea though! 😂 yesssss! From now on Im drinking from my cute glasses only!

For me, I needed to lose a ton of weight and polish up my appearance/style. I wasn't leveled-up enough to attract the right type of men but I was to stop attracting the lower hanging fruit, so it was definitely a dry period. Those are the best though because you can dedicate yourself to yourself without distractions.
