I don't really understand your point, maybe different countries different pricing. But I have configured the "same" high end model (not all extras, but most) for ID.4 and Ford Explorer EV, and it seems like VW has an extra price of 10.000 EUR (63.000EUR vs 53.000EUR) on the same set of features.
What do you like on the boot?
Sounds like VW gave Ford the proverbial shaft when it comes to this "alliance".

It’s so bland and uninspiring, a box with a Ford badge, looks similar to the Kia Ev which is equally boring, but then again all Tesla’s are as ugly as fook and they manage to sell those 🤷♂️

It’s an ID4 - and they made it even more ugly than its originator. Not a chance I’d buy that.
Trouble is nobody wants EVs apart from business owners but this will not last long

@@NobbyOnCars yeah “some” are buying them but “most” aren’t. EV sales down 42% here in Ireland in the last 12 months now that the early adopters have all purchased and been burnt! I’m surprised at your turnaround Mark seeing as how you made a video showing how the supposed “long range” Mustang Mach E had to be recharged by you three times on a trip to Cork and back.
@@davidmehlhorn726 firstly, that was a specific model example. Secondly, the post said “nobody”. I deal in facts and it is untrue to say “nobody wants EVs”.

Ford knew perfectly well they were being handed down outdated / annoying features from the ID4.
It was cheaper for them without going to the expense of redesigning them.
I can envisage old Henry looking down in disbelief at this piece of rubbish… that his great grandson, Jim Farley & Martin Sander (who was in charge of this clone & has now left Ford and gone to VW…) think is the future of Ford…
The day when some faceless bureaucrats decide to change the legendary and iconic Ford emblem, will be the end of Ford
