  • Join me for a targeted and efficient tricep workout, targeting all three heads of the triceps (aka underarms)! This no-repeat 15-minute session includes a dynamic warm-up and a relaxing cooldown, suitable for all fitness levels. Sculpt and strengthen your triceps with 40 seconds of focused work followed by 20 seconds of rest. Designed with accessibility in mind, this seated tricep workout is ideal for individuals managing disabilities, recovering from lower body injuries, or simply preferring seated exercises. Let's strengthen those triceps together, comfortably seated (with our core engaged!) and ready for progress! I am using 11’s and my long band - as always, please choose weights that are challenging for you.

    Remember to keep your core nice and tight throughout - whether you are doing the exercises seated, standing or kneeling! Always remember to control your speed & focus on the muscles being worked - it is about quality, not quantity of reps.
