There are so many logging roads in my area, something like this would be perfect for getting to some hard-to-reach photo ops up in the mountains here in WA.
nice bike for gravel roads and easy dirt trails,but to expensive and big for real exploring. To bad yamaha doesn't bring the 660 tenere to north america it looks awsome. The U.K. and australia have them why not north america? I guess i will keep riding my klr 650!

Last week they announced that the two new European model will be introduced in the US as well: FZ8 (only the naked) and the ST1200.
Just found out - due to the quake, Tenere's wont be delivered to the US till October.

i want one of these. i ride a vintage moped and anything with wheels and an engine will be better
