I remember when I first saw this scene. I was disappointed but not totally annoyed when I finished return of the king and they didn't include this scene but I 100% the game because I loved it so much and it remains my favourite Lego game and one of three I've fully completed. When I saw that I had an objective marker over bag end I was curious and legitimately shed a tear when the fellowship arrived especially at the appearance of my favourite lotr character in boromir. Such a wholesome moment in my favourite Lego game and second favourite film franchise only behind the bond series
I 100% this game so many times as a kid and I never actually saw this cutscene! I guess I didn't return to bag end like you're supposed too. It's awesome to see that it's here thanks for sharing.
I miss when Lego games had this sense of humour. LOTR was a peak Lego game, using actual dialogue from the movie and integrating that with Lego was awesome. They also weren’t afraid to have characters still die. The new Lego games all try so hard to be so kid friendly that I can barely enjoy the cutscenes anymore
Why couldn't Legolas, Aragon, Gimli and Boromir's ghost show up and comfort Sam, Merry and Pippin as Frodo leaves Middle Earth in the Return of the King? That way the Fellowship could say 'Bye' to Fordo and Gandalf. Rhetorical Question BTW. So don't answer back please.
Are you serious they did not have Frodo tell his friends why he left like he did in the movie you know we set out to save the Shire Sam and it has been saved but not for me you don't mean that you Can't Leave. Why didn't Legoles And Aragorn or even Gimili andBoromire ghost not show up at the Grey Heavens in the movie and the book when Frodo left with the Elves that would have been heart warming.

I would say that the presence of Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli and Boromir's ghost in that scene was just to make it not so sad.

shhh, theres a new lotr series coming in 2022 so maybe theyll show it there
