Can I request a sample no need for parking, 2 floors, with roof deck.
1st floor 1 bedroom with own TB pwd friendly, Powder room, living, kitchen, dining. Instead of stairs i was thinking of a ramp all throughout. 😅 2nd floor 2 rooms like a studio type have their own tb and balcony. Roof deck with TB. 10x10 mtrs. 100 sqm.
