I love the house all in all but if I have to spend millions atleast there should be bathtub/jacuzzi at the master bathroom if no pool nag house. Love how they put built in wardrobe in each room na di masakit sa mata and di siya masikip.

In this house tour Naman definitely appreciate the lanai area,we really need an area in our house na we can really enjoy the mahangin vibes and just relax our eyes for a moment...while Appreciating the beauty of the greeny plants👌✨🌱🌿🌵.And the entertainment area on the last floor Malaki talaga nice idea to have those karaoke moments reunited with your loved ones or barkadas as well.And of course the rooftop deck talagang ganda Nang view ma.aliwalas and refreshing esp.pag Gabi na imagine while having some barbeque sugba sugba doon na area golden hour moments talaga or inflatable pool good for the kids also to enjoy.Thanks AV properties Fam ✨👌🙌❣️❣️❣️

Very spacious design for a 170sqm. lot area. Ganda ng design, well maximized space. Pero parang maliit masyado ang mga bintana. Huge glass windows would be nice to make the rooms brighter. But overall, sobrang ganda talaga ng design.

For a house,.This big! A suv and a family van would be so perfect fit for this 5 door family house since two sedans or,,..Would is still be lacking it but if ever you're going to buit an extra garage beside the vacant lot beside this house. Then there won't be any problem at all
And for the rooms,. Definitely loving the master's bedroom because of the design of the bed will be placed 😉
