Ran three sets of Mickey Claus on a 99 TJ Sahara and all did excellent. I'm very happy with MTZ P3 34.4 on my JK. Better on road than claws . still amazing off road .
A friend of mine has a set of 33x12.50R15LT Mickey Thompson Baja Claw TTCs on his 1988 Chevy Suburban Dante's Peak replica and he took those tires through everything from Ohio snow to Moab sand to Colorado mud and those tires performed great. Hoping to get a set for my '88 Suburban as well.

I have a 2017 Jeep Renegade, it has 215/65-16 stock tires. I am planning on a small lift in the future. I am in process of get the Baja ATZ in 225/75-16's for my Jeep. That should be a nice matchup. All the other Renegade owners seen to go gor KO2 or Geolander's. Have seen a few with General Grabber's or Hankook tires. I think that these will set me apart from my other friends.

You guys are missing the new Baja Boss which is probably the best one out right now. And for everyone saying these tires suck, they don’t. You guys are probably BFG KO series fans, and those actually do indeed suck.
You’re both actually stupid. KO series bfgs are proven. There’s a reason they have the best rating in extreme weather conditions. You guys are probably the ones who compare all tries to aggressive m/t’s and say all terrains are “bad” at off road. I’ve ran many sets of bfgs and never had a problem. Bfgs aren’t Baja champions for no reason.

I purchased a 2018 Jeep ringler Rubicon unlimited with 6,000 miles It was already done up as in 20 inch fuel rims, Heavy duty winch, light bar, Heavy duty front bumper & rear bumper, hooks,. The Jeep already had the Mickey Thompson MTZ 35x12.50 R20. I have Only put on about 6,000 miles. No rock crawling most of the miles are road miles and some trail . I am already looking at to buy replacement tires because the Mickey Thompson MT z's are heavily cracking on top of tire tread and all over the side walls this is some B.S. to have to buy new tires already. The tires and rims were put on a month after purchase from previous owner , Dealership stated like new tires which they looked like they were almost brand new lots and lots of tread and still have lots and lots of tread . So I'm wondering does anyone else have this problem with cracking through the tread and side walls? I'm now looking at the Cooper Discoverer STT Pro Which do you think is the better tire and will last longer . Please let me know and thank you for your time.
@Custom Offsets is there any way you could verify actual height of these 35" tires? Running into a lot of manufactures falling way short "nearly 2 off" from their advertised diameter vs actual.

He forgot to mention the Degan lineup of M/T tires are only 2ply sidewall. The Degans are meant to be a more price conscious tire.
Would you go with Deegan 38 m/t or grabber x3. The general is a 3 ply side wall and it’s at a similar price
