I am convinced the plaintiff only took care of her grandmother because she knew she was going to benefit from her death and thought she was going to get more than what was in the insurance policy just like she thought she was gone win her case and have some money to buy some weed after court but once the judge saw that pic of her twerking after her grandmother passed he knew she was full of it.

The granddaughter doesn't understand that her love and support has no dollar value and without a will, she has no say. Probate is horrible when there is no will but it seems like the granddaughter took it upon herself to do more and just wanted to be treated as a beneficiary because of it, but it doesn't work that way, legally it just doesn't. FUNERALS & WEDDINGS will bring out the worse in people. I know this personally!

Yes! And I didn't like her at all. That lady aka "the defendant" was her daughter who paid for the funeral. It's amazing that the plaintiff wanted to move her aunt out of the way... Almost sounds borderline like she was only doing what she did for her grandmother so that she could get money, so she thought.. And judge Mathis gave her way more credit than necessary from the beginning middle and almost the end. I was shocked when he said "well what did she do to cause you emotional distress maybe I can help you there." I couldn't believe it and from the very beginning the girl admitted her aunt has done a lot for her even after being a crack addict. JM is something else! He comes out of these bags and they don't make sense. He allowed that lady to overtake her aunt and her aunt initially was quiet during most of her testimony.

At least the recovering crackhead aunt put money towards the funeral. Some family members point fingers. And say things like " I'm in a tough situation, I don't have money for my OWN MOTHER'S funeral etc etc". The lady who gave you birth and spent money on you you're entire childhood. They don't want to even put up 100 bucks for their deceased parent funeral. The granddaughter was hoping the aunt would give her money from the sales for doing all the paper work and runaround during the funeral. You got 41 thousand. How much more money you want to make off your grandmother's death.
