    Thanks for posting ALL your videos, of which I am new to and wanted a quick pointer.
    Which of your videos addresses pressure changes according to height differences (of pipeline) when one is not using a pressure regulator or timer or filter?
    My system is from a garden tap using three lines from a main feed, all using 16mm pipe with variable drip heads, but sometimes my pipe goes up and down three or four inches.

      Sorry about the reply, I thought I replied at the time. Height differences cause an increase or reduction in pressure due to the gravitational pull. If there is up and down elevation in a pipe to the tune of a few inches, there will be hardly any change. You should measure the height difference between the source and the outlet. An increase in elevation will cause a loss of pressure of .433 psi per foot of vertical difference. If the water goes downhill to the source, it will gain .433 psi per foot of vertical elevation gain. Hope that helps.

      That's a complex situation. In best case scenario, there should be a pressure gauge on the outlet and a vacuum gauge on the inlet. A vacuum gauge would help you understand what is happening in the intake. If the vacuum is high, you make have a clogged intake. If the vacuum bounces, then you may have a leak on the intake. If the intake is sealed and not blocked, you may have a problem with the pump itself, probably the bearings or impellers if its a centrifugal pump. Hope that helps, but pumps are tricky devils.
