Own a 1710, little less horsepower than a 1720. All the same principals, love the one I have, get's the job done. Love my Massey! Will watch any video for a Massey in regards to this series to learn anything new. You done well in the video and operation., good job!
Have any ideas of Videos you would like to see from Dealer Point of View? That is what we are trying to do is better educate owners & prospects before, during and after the sale to get the most out of their investments and to make the best buying decision for them. In return we love to see Massey Ferguson Owners doing what they do with their tractors. Get a chance make some videos of what you do with your tractor. It's all about helping each other learn and enjoy their tractors.
As we have product available to video and customize customers tractors with features we will try to produce. Not all attachments are sold in our regions but we will try to cover what sells. Thanks for watching.
Thanks that would be nice . Mi dealer did find attachments for the backhoe from this web site: amiattachments.com/mini_excavator.php and the one compatible is one from amini excavator JCB.
Since the hydraulic lines for the backhoe are flowing when the tractor is running, is it possible to use them with the backhoe off to power something like a DIY 3pt stump grinder? I was thinking the PTO shaft could run the grinding wheel, while the up/down & left/right pistons could be powered by the hydraulics?
Goff Equipment has a great video that shows how to turn the seat around. Making sure the front edge goes under the tab in front is key to ease of turning around.
The seat is Terrible. I'm telling you. If you are doing any real digging were you have to move the tractor, turning that seat around everytime takes up half of the work day! It's just a poor design. They should have copied kubota on the 2 seat attached to the backhoe. The only thing they should have copied
Massey Ferguson offers backhoes with dual seats on their larger models 1800e/1800M and larger series. But the GC Series is like the BX Series which uses the same seat for backhoe and tractor operation.
