I've seen guys bore out lower/upper triple trees from 39 mm forks to fit 41 mm fork tubes. It's a safe mod, but if you want to go really narrow with 41 mm fork tubes, then go with Mullins Chain Drive triple trees. Personally, I prefer a "mid-Glide" width fork, so a front brake can be installed. I'm digging the build here. Keep the toolbox. Thanks, STL Nik.
@@eugi7040 I'd check to see if Custom Cycle Engineering is still in business. Years ago, CCI offered mid-glide trees made out of aircraft-grade aluminum. They were not cheap, but they were a quality item made in the USA. Maybe -- just maybe, Mullins Chain Drive might start fabbing mid-glide fork triple clamps. I'm always in favor of running a front brake. Hopefully, this helps.
I'm really enjoying the build. Thanks for sharing 🤘
Thanks for watching
Coming together looking good. I like the tool box. It’s unique
Except its not. The toolbox is on tons of bikes
Well… it’s unique compared to the rest of your bikes 🤪😎😅😂
Best time to visit Florida is in the winter.

Thank for the advice. Where do you get the midglide tree for 41mm? You run then the OEM caliper with custom adapter?
It's a Mullins chain drive triple tree. You have to use a Spool wheel which means no front brake.

If you get away from the coast there are lots of curvy back roads w/o traffic.
Yes, keep the toolbox.
Bar hop huh? You're my kind of guy.
Please keep the tool box?
Im leaning hard that way
How many inches over are your fork tubes?
I was in Wyoming and didn’t turn for a entire tank.
Can you please share a link with us for that Triple Tree? Thank you

Butts seats only
41mm 39 mm narrow is narrow . Mid is mid and wide is wide . There is ultra narrow like old school where it almost rubs the tire.
