Loved this. Thanks for the video. I recently transitioned to Matcha lattes from coffee and this has been a great alternative to traditional way of making matcha.
You don't need water. The best idea is to put the matcha powder directly into the hot milk and then use a frothier whist (if you don't have a milk frothier machine).
It's important to know that ALL matcha products are good from a health viewpoint. The ratings 'better' or 'best' are about artistic values --taste, fragrance, appearance.
Love matcha latte.. don’t feel bad. I don’t even know how to make matcha hehe.. lazy day hack haha.. I like that😊 thanks for the great recipe. Nice video. My support for you ❤️
Just fyi that is not a min and max line. They are both max lines. The bottom line is the max for when you are using the circle spring frother attachment, and the top is for without. You can remove the metal spring and attach it to the underside of the lid
It's actually a wine goblet or "tumbler" but as you can see I def use it for everything lol. I've had for years so I don't remember exactly where I got these ones but most of my home items are from Homesense!
Hi Laura, I put room temp water in the frother! I’m not sure if you’re using a similar frother as well but if so it shouldn’t really matter as the frother will heat it up if you’re making a warm matcha or cool it if you’re making an iced matcha ☺️ hope that helps!
I didn't know that you had to use Matcha for tea and not culinary all I have is culinary mat cha so you can't use the culinary for tea drinking? No-one ever told me that
Please don't "put as much as you want" and please read the package instructions. There is a dose, as this ingredient is high in caffeine. Too much of if (of anything really) is obviously harming with time

Thanks for your video. I grabbed a Nespresso off of Amazon for $50 and have never been happier! This lazy matcha recipe was a life saver!
Made this using my new milk frother and it worked perfectly. Thank you 😬 ps. Added a tiny amount of maple syrup at the end and it was delicious!
Thank you! I have an electric frother coming to me tomorrow so will try this
Thank you SO much for this.
I do not wanna buy a wisk and I was wondering if I could just use a frother.
SO easy!!
Great! How do u make a cold one? Same way just adding ice cubes?
Thank you for the video! Did the Nespresso machine keep working fine? I read online that you should only put milk in it and I dont want to ruin it!
That’s crazy talk! The frother will work just fine with whatever you put in it
I`ve been making Matcha Latte in my Nespresso Barista maker. Love this video X
So clever using the frother!
Nice!! I was searching for a no fuss recipe. Thanks 🥰
I just bought some matcha, and as I’m too lazy to go through all sifting and whisking I did the same thing and threw it all in my frother lol.
Loved this. Thanks for making the video.
So glad! Thank you for watching!

Thank you for making this informative video. 🥰 Can you tell me what kind of honey you used?
Manukora honey :) I use it for my matcha as well.
I got this Matcha that is culinary grade, but it says I can use it for lattes , green tea, baking, etc, is that ok
Sounds good, I would say go by whatever the label says! Enjoy!
Christina DeSantis thanks!!!
do you put cold or warm water in the milk frother?

It’s fine to use as tea. I guess it’s a taste preference.

Too much talk.
God do I miss the dislike counter...
What is a counter?
Too many words,..too much talk.
1. Matcha, over strainer
2. Hot water, pre-boiled
3. Warm milk, frothed
4. Optional sugar/honey
