  • Hi from Miss Diorama! Welcome to or welcome back to my Channel! In this video I am unboxing & reviewing the Laser Master 3 Laser Engraving/Cutting Machine from ORTUR - the OLM3. I am excited to share this with my viewers because I rely so much on my Laser cutters for a lot of the intricate details seen in some of my Dioramas, which would be near impossible to achieve by hand.
    Below is a link to a good video on how to assemble the OLM3;

    If you could see yourself using one of these Lasers for hobby requirements, why not check out ORTUR’s range for yourself. I have a Miss Diorama referral / affiliate link; If you buy an Ortur product using this link, Ortur gives me a small commission, which helps me to grow my channel. I really appreciate any support you can give;

    To my viewers; you can get an extra discount on the purchasing of the 10W OLM3 line of products (with the 10Watt Laser Module only)!
    Follow the link above to the Ortur site, then if you decide to make a purchase, you can USE this Discount Code:
    - 220OLM3OAC until the end of September 2023;
    & the following Discount Code thereafter until the end of 2023;
    - 220FORMD10W
    Apply this code when you check out & get even more than they are offering off the 10W range of OLM3 products.
    To sum up, I think this Laser is fantastic & a few things I like most about it are as follows;
    - the LU2-10W Laser Module that I have is more than powerful enough to engrave and cut a huge range of materials with ease; you just need to get the settings right! They even supply comprehensive guides with the Laser and in their online support documentation. Great Company!
    -They also have available a 20W Laser Module now as well which is even faster, stronger & better than the 10W Laser Module; they are always innovating and adding to their range.
    - I also think the 400mm x 400mm cutting bed is ample enough for my needs; BUT they do have available a kit to extend the cutting bed size even further.
    This is trivial, but what I didn’t really like about it (or rather, a feature I probably won’t use much) is the ability to use WiFi instead of a USB cable between the Laser and your PC/tablet/Laptop etc, BUT in saying that, if your PC is nowhere near the laser, then WiFi could be advantageous, however where I live, our WiFi is not amazing, & therefore if I am doing a really important cut/engrave on an expensive piece of material, I would rather rely on the stability of USB connection between my PC and my Laser. If you are using the mobile APP, then I would guess that WiFi is the only option.
