But in 2013 a boy passed away, we suffered massive abuse and our suits are hitting dead ends. We just got a case opened with dopl (department of provider licensing for utah) against the "doctor " I mean physicians assistant we were told was a doctor. For his purity/gyno exam checks from ages 12-18. But it sounds like they are going to close it. They ignored a bunch of girls that called in and didn't call us back . Please help spread awareness

Unfortunately, a large percentage of adults in our generation and the generation just before us have raised children whos brains have been over-stimulated by electronics to the point that they don't function the same. As a result, a very small percentage of the young teens and young adults of today have the ability to be critical thinkers.
Instead, they completely lack the ability to think for themselves, have an original idea, or use resources like researching to challenge an idea that doesn't seem right. You can also blame consumerism and the internet for making it far to easy to search for popular information instead of accurate information. Which equates to lazyness and settling for the bare minimum. Sucj as content like sssniperwolf's

As a kid I liked sssniperwolf, especially her gaming videos. As a girl who really likes video games myself I admired her as at the time it was deemed a ‘male’ activity. There weren’t very many female gamer channels. I stayed for a while during her commentary stuff but I got bored when she stopped playing games full stop. It’s so annoying to see how she turned out and it was all her own fault. She had fans, she had money, she had it all, but she threw it away because of her own pride.
Same but her gaming vids weren’t even real and when I found out it wasn’t really her playing it but her ex husband and she was just pretending to play it really had me shocked bc I really loved those vids but I couldn’t stand that she faked it so I stop watching her

What's so scary about the doxing for me is that it wasn't just her at that door. It's her and potentially MILLIONS OF PEOPLE. Millions of people who are on her side and support her and want to protect her.

One of the things I hate about the argument people make about, “Oh, he’s scared that some tiny little woman? What, he thinks she’s gonna beat him up?” is that it COMPLETELY disregards the possibility that she might be armed. If someone is aggressive enough to hunt down your address and show up at your home, there is no reason, none, to think this person doesn’t mean to harm you in some way, shape, or form. And there’s no way in that situation to know what kind of harm they intend. In this day and age, it is very possible that someone with a grudge against you who shows up like that and demands you leave the safety of your home might have a weapon.

I had someone attempt to break into my house while I was inside because of social media “drama”. I had less than 100k followers on that account and it happened to me. I can’t imagine how Jack feels knowing that his address was leaked to potentially 30+ MILLION people. Sniperwolf is dangerous and should be locked up imo.

UA-cam, like many other faceless corporations and institutions, follow the money. On that front, youtube is most concerned with not what is right, but what approach would make the most money. In this case, sniperworlf is youtubes big breadwinner here. If it were someone with a smaller following than jacksfilms, the outcome would be different.
20:10 - I had the EXACT same face at that time. As for ALLEGED Doxxing, she admits it MULTIPLE TIMES, while at the same time acting like she doesn't know what doxxing is. Showed up to his house with 36 MILLION subscribers. Even if she wasn't dangerous, she just opened his address up to some crazy fans who could do something insane. Sometimes, the reality of surviving something so intense and life changing can come in waves. I do not know where you are in your journey right now. I'm a little over a year in remission and I feel like just now I'm experience a little PTSD and kind of mourning about my health and my previous life before cancer. But I also have days where I feel very grateful and motivated to get through the day. I try now to not only live for myself but to live a life for others that couldn't come on this other side. So seeing Swoop mention you and seeing your comment here just gives me the daily push I need. So thank you for expressing on our behalf. May you have a wonderful holiday. ❤
@@moonchildbr I'm almost at a year in remission. My second surgery to clear up the rest of my tumor was last Dec 12th. Survivorship is a funny thing. The guilt being ok when so many aren't, the PTSD, the wonder if your cells will suddenly turn on you again. Best wished to you for continued good health and a wonderful holiday.
I did my chemo and radiation earlier this year. That cancer is apparently gone, but now they're seeing something in my lungs that I'm having a CT scan on next week.

Genuinely, I don't think any parent should trust their child to use UA-cam without supervision anymore. Google as a company is getting down right evil in how they operate.

I honestly can't believe SSSniperwolf's criminal history and the whole Azzyland thing is finally being taken seriously. I remember talking about this with friends years ago and blocking Sssniperwolf on everything, only for people to tell me I was "just jealous because she's hot". Sssniperwolf has always been a nasty human being, and her disgusting behaviour goes way beyond just content theft and mean girl talk.

I also want to add: this was a terrible precedent from UA-cam's side. It was known that they their favorites are immune but being so open to this it's nothing but scary.
We know now that as long as you are big enough and make enough money, you will be untouchable. This is scary because UA-cam opened a pandora's box that will be very difficult to close and I have a feeling that sooner or later this will implode in their faces and we are gonna face the repercusions, not them (similar to the adpocalypses that have happened before)
This is why you don't go to UA-cam first. You go to COURT first. Only then will UA-cam possibly listen, once you've legally proven they MUST take you as being serious and the media has noticed your story. UA-cam listens to no power that doesn't have enough power to make them actually lose money somehow.

I started being recommended downfall videos after I watched a few penguin0 videos. I listen to videos while I work but what I noticed over time is a lot of channels on UA-cam are treating downfall videos like tabloid newspapers. Investigative journalism is so important in our world but a lot of people take initial research and stretch it so thin that it turns into speculation. This is when investigative journalism turns harmful. UA-cam is slowly become a minefield of the attitude of “ my opinion is loud therefore correct, does not matter how much research I do or if my source is 3rd or 4th hand information” tabloids are quite often for the sake of entertainment and disregard the large amount of damage that blowing scenarios out of proportion can have. They have a purpose but they’re branded as such so people know their purpose, in fact a lot shops will not let kids buy tabloids because of say things like page 3 content , UA-cam does not provide that branding and as a result kids and younger minds are exposed to this stuff with no context
However you swoop are the broadsheet to a lot of channels tabloid behaviour, you remain thorough and keep your integrity as a journalist. On a platform where we can’t brand the way newspapers do it’s so important that channels like yours are widely recommended. So thank you so much for being so thorough I providing genuine evidence and if you’re forming an opinion you emphasise that it is your opinion .

Only 20 mins into the video but I've been following this from the start.
After watching Jacksfilms for 12 years now, it still stuns me to see him in the mainline like this. What Lia did was absolutely inexcusable, and the fact that she still hasn't been permanently punished or deplatformed yet is absolutely nuts.
Jack's frustration is so valid, as he has been working his socks off for so long, crediting every collaboration and encouraging collaborative working, and to criticise someone who robs for her own benefit is absolutely fair. He wasn't nasty about her person, just the way she produced content - lazily, and unfairly. Lia's actions in response are so out of proportion and suggest a selfish, arrogant mindset. UA-cam needs to step up and do something stronger, especially after she tried to evade the demonetization through her second channel.
The fact that all of this helped bring forward that she always has done shitty things, and doesn't face any real consequences for them/show any change is incredibly disturbing.

@@demiemily Could not agree more. I get people were affronted that he was focusing on her alone, but she is one of the person that UA-cam promotes most heavily - their cash cow. So many nuts/unfair copyright claims on smaller, transformative/credit-giving creators every single day, but they reward theft by promoting it and consistently allow it to continue.

I’m in the same boat. I watched her every day as a teen back when she did gaming content, but over time her real personality just shone through more and more. Then after realizing what she did to Azzyland (who I adore) and JacksFilms, I’m honestly just appalled that I ever supported her.

Yet they still grew & became multi-millionaires flaunting their rich life styles. I think by 2022 to 2023, people are just getting sick of it.
Plus I think a lot of their fans are no longer kids & realize who they were fans with, didn't appreciate them, plus took advantage of their young fans innocence and lack of life experiences, to get away with what they have been.
Don't get me wrong, there are content creators who put quality content out.
You can see the work they put in.
So we have great content.
Content creators who are greatful for the the appreciation and love that people have for their content. Basically content creators with integrity.
Now these type of content creators, I would love to see them get millions.

Really these type of people are people who could influence people in a positive way. Unfortunately, people who use the title influencer, are who probably just want a boost of ego, stole that title and damaged the word to something negative.
It's a combination of the platforms doing nothing about these people's behaviors or giving them a slight slap on the wrist.
That usually doesn't seem genuine because it's after the pressure is put on them. Then you got these young fans that will continue watching them even after they do something horrible.
A lot of people ask why did he do this over and over again. They have enough money, to hire a team to ensure quality content.
Yet they're too lazy to do it.
I think it's because they feel invincible.
They were allowed to go around and just act like there is no rules apply to them.
They don't lose subscribers, at least enough to be concerned. So if they're not the greatest person most times they need to be scared to lose everything. Why give a damn, UA-cam praises you. Your winning awards like teen choice awards. You still have so many fans watching you.
they don't have to do barely any work, and the money just keeps rolling in.
If any young person is watching this and watches her content. You deserve better.
You can just say I am not going to watch until you put out ethical in quality content.
There's so many others that are so good that you can find someone else to watch and maybe if she sees a decline she might just come back & give at least close to what you as a fan deserves. Just a suggestion and my opinion ✌️

Two things, as a graphic designer I studied copyright and fair use laws in depth. If the original tiktokers wanted to they could all band together and bring her to court for basically copyright infringement. This is why I hate react channels that just "watch" other creators' content. The main reason why she has so many viewers is because she is "pretty" and a "gamergirl". (pretty is in quotes because her personality is disgusting.
Also with her doxing him, she doesn't know if some fanboy of hers won't go to Jack's house and harm him and his wife. Just because she wasn't going to, doesn't mean one of many many fans of hers won't. I really hope it won't come to that.
Second, I have learned through Swoop that my original gut feelings about certain creators have turned out to be true. I should start making bets to see who the next youtuber would be to create such drama/crimes.
Between Colleen, Illuminati and sniper wolf, I've never had good feelings about them and have always felt disgusting watching their stuff.

She’s not pretty at all them fillers and boob job did not do her any good. Plus she comes off as “below the curve” and I have to tell my daughter to stop watching at times. But after this, I’ve unsubbed her from her channel. It’s a good thing she hasn’t posted so she won’t miss notifications.
Wish I could say the same, Illuminaughti and Creepshow actually managed trick me. Seeing them fall was a useful wakeup call; anyone can be fooled, especially if they aren't paying close attention. on the other hand; we shouldn't have to pay this much critical attention to our public figures, and I don't just mean unregulated youtubers. I think that money and public recognition are things we're going to have to learn how to monitor carefully as a society. Proper Journalism helps in that regard.

It's certainly been pretty insightful learning how scummy the UA-camr my preteen daughter has been watching is over the last year. The fact that UA-cam specifically decided to defend this creator who was not only breaking terms of service but stealing from other creators is beyond eye opening. Both Leah and UA-cam's actions are pretty shameful frankly.
Jack focused on Lia specifically because UA-cam was upholding her and platforming her on their official socials (since she steals content from their competitor TikTok). It wasn’t just about her, and he only criticized the content.

Good video, only criticism I'd add is if you're going to put things into the microwave you should put them as close to the edge of the rotating plate as possible because the centre is a bit of a dead spot, keeping out of the dead spot will have your food heated more evenly, even better, do that and also use the defrost setting to heat it more slowly if you have the time so that what you're cooking or reheating isn't as overcooked at the outside layers
As a female creator, she should know better than to post a creator's address online regardless. Even if her "intention" was not to threaten, with her millions of followers, she's well aware that there's going to be problematic people following and watching that. She is aware that her fans could be problematic and "take matters into their own hands." So even ignoring that her use of mob mentality is a threat in and of itself...she cannot claim that she was unaware of the danger she was putting his entire household in.
I also doubt her intent, because her sister (and her, iirc) are going 'what you can't fight?' and 'who would feel threatened by two skinny little girls lmao' (nevermind that one of them has a record for armed robbery). And the fact she tried to lure him out with food delivery (which she must have ordered, considering she knew the contents) in the middle of the night? All points to her having bad intentions. She wanted him to feel scared, or worse, wanted him or his wife to come out so they could 'get him back' for criticizing her and posting credit of the people she stole from.

Her public statement about the intent is obviously a lie. She intended to intimidate him a bit (it's not doxxing if the address is easily findable in Google in a couple of minutes).
But that's what you get when you keep harrasing somebody. Criticism is fine. One, two, several videos are fine. But making so many videos and then a dedicated channel is taking it too far; it is a form of harassment.

Something that prevents me from having perspective is the fact that Jacksfilms NEVER brought up Sssniperwolf's prior accusations, he just criticized her lazy content-making. Knowing how youtube drama usually unfolds, I wouldn't have been surprised if he started getting personal (since she insulted him personally more than once), but he never did. I just hope something can be done in the future for people who steal other people's content just to make money.

I used to watch Azzy a lot when I was young, and I didn't even know SSSniperwolf existed back then, when I first saw something about her I was like, "Huh, she's really similar to Azzyland" and just brushed it aside, I had NO idea it was this intense, goddamn. Feels bad for Azzy, honestly. From what I saw, she's just doing content for fun and not bullying SSSniperwolf or stuff (to my knowledge/crappy memory lol) but jeez, I feel so bad for her.

I was one of the ones on the call playing jackbox when this happened live (it was some of us who work with jack on content and his wife Erin) and its just so surreal constantly seeing that clip and then hearing my voice and realizing I was there when it happened. Such a scary moment for all of us, Jack and Erin included obviously. I remember we stayed in that call for a couple hours after trying to carefully write the announcements jack made and talking about next steps. Such a mess of a situation that we're still feeling the impact of today
I also think it's important to point out that Jack has called out other shitty react creators, like Jinx, for doing the same content thievery, I mean reacting, like SSSniperwolf. Jack has ALWAYS been pushing for credit to the creators and not stealing content.
I really appreciate you covering so much and still trying to be fair to the disgusting excuse for a human that Lia is. Playing devil's advocate is very important to critical thinking regardless of how unnecessary it may overall seem to be, like you pointed out.

Jack has been taking to task low effort react/drama channels for years, almost all of his years on UA-cam and has single-handedly led to the demise of such channels. The fact that she felt that it was going to be okay just to show up like that at anyone's house that she had never met is crazy! That's never okay. If the shoes were reversed, she would be online crying. How exactly she was able to grow such a following is beyond my understanding.

The "high school mean girl bully to nurse pipeline" meme. Those types also get into nursing to have power over vulnerable people and be awful to work with.
That's funny because I sometimes get into the mood to watch people react to a specific thing so I will look up reaction videos to that thing. And over the years I have run across lots of reaction channels that put in the same amount of effort as she does. And I saw lots of male reactors that put in the same effort not only get less views but get their channels deleted for copyright. In fact I have seen male reactors that put a bit more work into it then she does lose their channels for copyright. And of course all of this is preceeded by people calling them out for not adding anything and just stealing content. So from what I personally have seen is that female low effort reactors not only dint get the channels deleted as much but they also normally have more subscribers and views and show up more in the youtube search page and get called out less for it.
