I'm searching my car and they roll down but not up only the key clockwise in door works unless you code it hope helps

hi, may i know why the KGM module is not available on my 2004 e60?

Your car is probably too old. On the E60/61/63/64 I think KGM replaced the separate door modules 2006. Earlier cars have many wires in the mirror loom to the door module. Later cars use the LIM bus connected to the KGM and the mirrors have a 3-wire connector

My friend just held for like a second but it's about 3 seconds that you hold it for the system to send that command
