It is actually very idiot proof. It will not allow you to write a malformed file.

Thank you Dean . Great video . I have retro fitted adaptive bi xenon lights in my e90 lci. I have done all wiring and retro fitted RSL as well as high beam assist .I have replaced the frm module I have followed a video to change the vin on the replacement frm module. That is all done using ncs expert . My pal used his autologic computer to get my lights working again . But he struggled to code in the rls and fla . He basically didn't have the function to do this .
I have cic pro nav screen will this need to be coded for the FLA to have the option to switch it off or on?

I have a 95 740iL and would like to code the HKM module to allow the hydraulic boot system to recognize and to operate from the kick panel boot release switch and also from the key fob boot unlock button. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this with NCS Expert are greatly appreciated. Thank you ever so much again.
I know it’s a old video and you probably won’t answer . Im having issues with my retrofitted xenon assemblies and don’t know how to code them to the system. I would need to code the parking lights and low beams to led/xenon so do you have a walkthrough on how to code them with ncs expert?

You can either plug ncs in or get 3D printed tiny piece to go on the buttons

Hi dean could you please guide me through on how to recode a second hand ccc head unit in my car? my stock head unit was playing up so i had to buy a second hand unit of the wreckers. plugged in worked as it should but there wasn’t any sound or chimes! replugged the stock one and the chimes worked. so it wasnt a fuse issue. i just purchased ncs expert but i need a guide through please mate! it would be greatly appreciated!
I’m trying to program my ekp and it says ekp 6.0_2 and when I go to dummy there is no ekp in the drop down just ek928 and 9282. Cxx the x’s representing various numbers
My trans went out in my 2007 bmw x3 so I pulled one from a doner car now egs is not communicating. I think it is still linked to the old doner car. How would mate egs module to me vin?

I didnt have on my bmw e46 bc button on left side, so i installed it but now i need to code it, where in NCSExpert i can find where to activate BC button from there and see if it works ? What modue does that bc button belong inside ncsexpert ?

I've fitted android head unit to my 2008 E60 LCI, working great. Trying to disable the OEM voice control (ccc system) but can't seem to do it.
I've removed VO $620 and FA_Write to CAS and LMA (factory config - expert profile). then default code CAPPL. marked multiple SVS coding options as nicht_aktiv and coded these with manipulation profile.
I've read that the MULF option SVS_EIN_AUS should turn it off also. But I can't read this module (2ULF / ULF2MOST.C11) - NCS expert throws an error in german. Can't read or write to the module either.
Any help at all would be appreciated cheers mate!

I had p problem with my EWS and had to change the DME. Can I use this to change the VIN? The vin is different and the mileage is way off in Ista.
Why in my ncs dummy can I not select active or not active when I open the trace folder? If I open the man folder I can select them.

Hello, can I remove faults from kombi through ncs exper when certain ecu is not present in the car? For example if I want to delete ABG faults from cluster when all airbags ant it's module is removed from vehicle? E90
I am not an expert but reading up on fault code removal most people use Tool 32 👍 hope that helps
And of you install anything from another car you can write you car vin on it like a the kombi
So how do you do if you dont have that profile you select in the beginning!? Fail directly in the video.

What should i do if my chassis gets read but i get FA-Fehler when i want to proceed?

BMW Doctor i dont quite understand what you are trying to say.
After i load profile “Revort’s NCS Expert Profile” i click in the nex order: Start-> Chassis-> E89(E91)-> CAS and after that it reads my VIN just fine but when it should read my FA it shows an error quoted: “COAPI-2021:Datenuebertragung zum SG gestoert IFH-0010:” and same stuff for 3more lines.
I have a feeling that this car was coded before and someone mest up something or maybe some modules were reinstaled and they dont match with the VIN. Is the anything i can do or did you have any simmilar problem. At this point i dont know how to proceed and without correct FA reading i cant proceed to “Codierdaten_lessen” because i wont exetute the job “codierdn fail” and with that i cant do anything with ncs dummy.

I'm having the worse time ever, I replaced my ccc as well as AMP and the vins don't match. Is there any simple solution to just changing the vins?
Hi Dean is it possible to delete the sap with this system? I have a 1999 bmw 323i and would like to delete the SAP system but i read that you have to have the dme rewritten sort of speak so engine light doesn't come on. if so where would I find the wright coding to turn it off I guess. Hi Dean, why is it that everytime I try to use NCS expert it always displays an extra digit on the end of my VIN, everything else matches except it has the extra digit which in this case happens to be no.8, and I cant get rid of it,
it's suppose to be that way.
