I own an Engwe Engine X. My brother owns similar and we are lucky to live on the east coast, we have vast areas of east coast wild lands, miles and miles of traffic free gravel track. Each trip is an absolute boost to my health physically and mentally. I am 69 but feel the health benefits every time I return home, the fresh air, sunshine, exercise, makes me look forward to my next trip.
Ever since i got my E-Bike. I'm always down the canal and Kirkstall Abbey. As you say. It's clears your mind. I used to just sit in playing xbox or watching tv. Feeling down and like crap. Not since the bike. I should have done it years ago. Loving the video. Keep them coming mate.
@@ModProjects4306 🤣Oh yeah me too, just not as much as i did. Just finished the video now. What a ride that was. Shame you met one gobshite. But as you say. Most people down there are friendly. He must have been nuts trying to get funny with you.
@@waynefraser6808 yeah. I used to do breathing techniques but I have the worlds worst sinus issues. You can hear it in my videos. I’m currently using a Vicks steamer after that was recommended.
Another great video as usual, but even more meaningful on a personal level as someone who also battles with mental health, nice to hear your take on things and the good advice.

@ModProjects4306 I've heard great things about the book over the years but just never got round to reading it, I'll definitely pick it up thanks for the recommendation 👍
I used to work by the Armories and watched all those buildings going up. I was 20 years in Luddenden W. Yorks now back on the Wirral (plastic Scouser). Finally opted for a Cube Fold belt drive excellent bike so pleased a didn’t opt for Cyrusher.
@@ModProjects4306 Hunslet that’s it! Smashing video you took me back especially at the Bingley five rise. It sounds like you spent a fair time in the West Country.
Great video. Approaching 80 and just bought my second ebike, Engwe L20 SE, mainly to avoid using my car in and around Thirsk. Could you advise what the music is playing at the 5 lock and the red barge part. Many thanks, keep up the good work.

I have watched a couple of your videos and found them very informative. I was wondering what brand of mirrors you use on your Engwe E26 as they are bar end
@@ModProjects4306 watching your videos it looks like you use the same bar end mirrors the ones that are oddly shaped. I only ask as I have purchased a couple of brands and they are nowhere near as clear looking as yours. The ones you use in your mental health video. Or the ones on your E 26 video review.
My dad usually has his boat moored at the armouries, then you move onto saltaire . I grew up around there, upto 5 rise locks I used to fish regularly around that area too. All deja vu moments in my life. I liked the vid it was great . I also suffer from mental health issues. Is that the bike with the 11-34+ 56 front on it ?..
My Ebike has been the best thing ive ever purchased tbh
