I'm 75 and around 20 years ago I blew up a $5k Forex account day trading. I think 911 finally killed it all. Later I got into mostly non market side jobs (I had a career too) but now I've found myself wanting to get back into FX. My psychology now would allow me trade much less emotionally. I don't recall what organization I was set up with (FXCM?). I had great charts, indicators, etc. What I need is a time saving video that would show me how to start again absolutely from scratch. Who to again set up with, with the real time charts etc. I plan to open with $1000 and trade small. If I could generate a few hundred a month that'd be fine. Eat out and gas money. Of course I want to do sim trades for awhile to get comfortable. Have you already made this video or can you direct me? Maybe that would be a good next project for you. Thanks in advance to any and all advice. Thanks.

ive done all of these things. I do super good, n then catch myself in the newb relapse nono behavior.. takes time to learn man. I dont only learn how to trade, but also seems to teach me about who i am in life in general. (habits) why i love tradeing. Its quite the art. I cannot find anyone else that explains this so well like Arty does. So pay attention.

Are you sure I’ll 100% lose my first account?
I’m starting off with like £200 and I use the TMA overlay strategy which I have already backtested.
I also have proper risk management.
First mistake was starting without learning anything but those 5,00,000 lost on Options selling have given tremendous learning.

Here lately I've been trying to incorporate more fundamentals personally. GDP data, unemployment rate, imports, exports, interest rates and ECT.
I've also been trying to understand correlation better. Although I know correlation doesn't mean causation, it could help. It's technically quantitative analysis. Like lower oil prices usually hurt the Canadian dollar since Canada's main export is oil for example. Not always causation but usually correlated. I've also come across something called sentiment analysis, but haven't really dove into it yet. I know what sentiment is, but I just don't know how it is measured or analyzed yet. Right now I'm more focused on fundamentals and correlation.
This a very straightforward and at the same time funny as f*** video. I really loved the way you conveyed the message. This just what i needed at the point i'm in my trading journey right now. Much thanks arty!

Artie, i started trading 2 years ago with crypto, and started forex 1 year ago. I tried a few strategy, the best one which is working for me now: 1 min chart, looking for 50 and 200 EMA bounce/rejection, especially if its a supply/demand zone/resistance. Ofc i analyze the higher timeframe 1st. The strange thing is, i win more from short trades. Thank you for the good advices. Finally i can stop trading after 1 win/day. Not gonna lie, this was the hardest part..

What im constalty seeing as u mention arty, is people that use scalping strategy and wanna target a 1:2000, Including myself i though as soon as i learn scalping im a millionare LOL :P I've learnt that im not a scalper since joining the TTF i have problem with all the noice and im still to fresh , Ive found my skill in Intraday / swinging S/R this has brought down the stress of becoming a PRO TODAY, As a beginner this has been a amazing journey since i joined and im seeing improvments in myself and i love the community!
