I signed up for a 5K even though I am unable to run it, I will walk it instead. Hopefully, by the end of 2023, I will be able to run/ walk a little. I’m fat and need to lose 125lbs. Please pray for me🙏🏻
I start my day in the YouVersion Bible App with daily scripture and devotions and prayer. When I don't, it's like my entire day is off. Of course, I can always catch up later during the day.

Your sermons on trauma and mental health are helping me, tremendously. I am starting over as I left an abusive relationship. I also have been in bad health. I have been in the hospital four times since Thanksgiving. I have hope and faith and looking forward to going to Life church this coming Sunday. Thank you for the sermons online.

There’s something in me that needs to change, and I’m going to be specific too… Lust needs to go and change. Laziness needs to go and change. Devotion and submission to God needs to change. My heart and zeal towards God needs to change. My diet and temple for the holy spirit needs to change. My mind needs to be transformed. God may your grace rest on me, and may you help me build spiritual why’s in my life. Give me strength and may your power start a spiritual transformation in all of these areas. Amen.
