I have that habit now. It’s non negotiable. I cannot get on social media until I have spent time with God in the morning. Going strong 2 years now!

I let Jesus in my life two years ago. Since then I changed my habits step by step. I quit social media, I eat healthier and no Softdrinks for me anymore. I stoped watching adault stuff on the Internet and read my Bibel very often. There is no day without praying and it helps me to grow and become a better Christian.

Everyday is a new day for transformation. Every night is a new day for restoration. . It’s beautiful how he can love us in our sin as sinners and tells us to come as we are. If you truly study the Bible in the areas of your weaknesses and ask God to show him what we need help with he can ad he’s the only one who truly can transform and restore you. Even if it’s just a little bit everyday.

I decided to move away from Gluttony and let God fill me. I allow the Holy Spirit to BREAK THE STRONGHOLD of binge eating and throwing up, bulimia and the cycle of fasting and binging. I allow God to regulate my eating pattern and fill me with his holy spirit in replacement of food. Thank you Jesus for my healing!!! Freedom & Amen ❤ Pray for me if you can ☺️🥹 need help !
