This message came at just the right time. I have never felt like I am enough. My husband just recently told me that he is walking away from our marriage after 16 years. I am devastated. I tried to take my own life because I felt that I no longer mattered. Please if you read this just keep me in your prayers! This next journey I'm on will be a long one and I need some real healing.

On march 10, 2024, I could not go to work because I was sick. I usually go to UA-cam to watch a Charles Stanley sermon. But when I click on UA-cam, Craig Groeschel sermon was on about winning the war in your mind. This was something I had been working on for years. Without a doubt, I believe God led me to this message. It's something I have been battling with for years. It was I don't feel good enough. I like how Pastor Craig is transparent of the things that he goes through. And this sermon is not the same thing, when we don't feel good enough. And what is very amazing I am reading in the Bible on Ephesians chapter 2. The Holy Spirit is helping me through Pastor Craig. Thank you our Lord Jesus Christ. I just started making the connection that worrying, caring about if someone is mad at you or pleasing people is sinning. I need to be concerned about making God happy WOW 😮.
@RachealRobinson-gr3eq, it’s insightful to recognize that our focus should be on pleasing God rather than being overly concerned with others' opinions. The Bible teaches us to seek God's approval above all else. Galatians 1:10 says, "Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ." Focusing on God and His will brings true peace and fulfillment. Matthew 6:33 encourages us, "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." May you find joy and freedom in making God your priority!

On march 10, 2024, I could not go to work because I was sick. I usually go to UA-cam to watch a Charles Stanley sermon. But when I click on UA-cam, Craig Groeschel sermon was on about winning the war in your mind. This was something I had been working on for years.
Without a doubt, I believe God led me to this message. It's something I have been battling with for years. It was I don't feel good enough. I like how Pastor Craig is transparent of the things that he goes through.
And this sermon is not the same thing, when we don't feel good enough. And what is very amazing I am reading in the Bible on Ephesians chapter 2.
The Holy Spirit is helping me through Pastor Craig.

Do you see us, dear Lord? Do you see our struggle? You are mighty. You are strong, and you love us. Set us free, Lord! Cast the enemy out of our minds and our lives. Let no attack, deceit, or contamination affect us anymore.

I just started making the connection that worrying, caring about if someone is mad at you or pleasing people is sinning.
I need to be concerned about making God happy WOW 😮.
@RachealRobinson-gr3eq, it’s insightful to recognize that our focus should be on pleasing God rather than being overly concerned with others' opinions. The Bible teaches us to seek God's approval above all else. Galatians 1:10 says, "Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ."
Focusing on God and His will brings true peace and fulfillment. Matthew 6:33 encourages us, "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." May you find joy and freedom in making God your priority!
