Why would someone whose had hair transplants hair being sparse and lose density? I thought the newly grafted hair would remain the same and not receed or be sparse
Do you always have to have medication after a hair transplant ? I can’t have the medication for side effects so is it pointless me having a hair transplant altogether
It depends on how think your donor area is. Provided the hair is transplanted from a permanent zone it will last forever. How thick and dense it will be depends on your donor area
Great video Matt! I don’t follow a lot of these athletes, but it’s interesting to see people in the spotlight like them and examples of great work and not so great
Dr Couto performed the surgery on David Silva. He told me that they had to stop not long after starting the first surgery because his wife went into labour. So that’s why it looked weird and he continued shaving until he could go back.
Question, for some of these players, you mentioned that they did not take care of their hair transplants. What do you mean by that? Does the hair transplant thin and go bald again or is it that the native hairs to the top of the scalp started falling out over time?
You need to be on medication (finasteride) and/or minoxidil (best is both) to preserve the native hair on your head. Otherwise they will continue to thin out behind the transplanted area and will look bad over time.
If i stop finastraide for 3, 4 months after taking it for 3, 4 months.will i start lose my hair instantly that i have preserved and grown from finastraide. Or i will have normal hair loss as before taking fin.
Balding crowns are harder to fix than hair lines right? My crown was bad during my twenties, but now I am 30 i started to see my hairline going back as well. Taking finasteride and minoxidil since I am 25 (my balding started at 21)
I titled the video ''soccer players'' because guys in Europe will get it and US guys will get it too. If I called it ''football players'' only guys in Europe would have understood it while US guys be like wtf Matt where is Tom Brady on this list...
What do you think of the surgeons at Fuecapilar? And if someone doesn't want to USD fin or any other hair medication what other options are there? I've heard of people taking a biotin supplement and also have heard that red light therapy has helped others with keeping their hair
Hey Matt, your face looks so puffy lately…..is it from the oral minox? Your eyebags actually look bad… no hate, just curious… planning on adding oral minox myself. Is it messing with facial skin?
so what medication do i need to take? i can’t go back to finasterid, as i had bad side effects. i thought the transplanted hair would last the entire life ?! 🤔
Hi Matt, why would the see-through effect, without meds, get bigger in the years after surgery, especially when your crown and upper and lower donor area are not hit by any miniaturization?
@@alvinmercado6305 That wasnt my question. If a fully bald area gets dense packed with hair from the safe zone, and in the years after surgery the safe donor zone doesnt get hit by any dht, why would the transplanted hair in the front become thinner?
It’s a good question. I can imagine it if it was a diffuse thinner but you’re right it shouldn’t make a difference. I think also with hairlines the hair behind (if normal and thick) it blankets out a lot of light which contributes to the hair at the front. Obviously depends on length etc too
Possibly. His transplant is not easy to spot thought. He is a pretty big diffuse thinner across the whole scalp. Utilizing transplant + SMP + fibers to get the best fullness. Similar to Townsend.
Isn’t it everyone’s wish to get an aggressive hairline? No corners or anything. I get that you need to be strategic about the limitation of transplantable hair. If you could choose freely, why would you ever wish to have corners and a high hairline?
Number 6 was way below 8.2 This channel have given other, better, transplant worse. This came out looking like a helmet. Too straight. Almost no temple skin area at all (widow peaks). Could even be a tad too dense at the front as it, to me, looks somewhat of a tupee.

Q of this video is which transplant surgeon did these guys use?
Million dollar Q here

6/10 for Wayne Rooney is very generous, I would have thought 4/10 max
I can be generous sometimes
Yeah that was a wack rating i would go with a 3 out of 10

Nice shirt Matt 👌
Great video man ! Keep up the good work 👏
Great video again matt! What is your hairloss regimen now? You are using topical fin or oral?
Your hair is looking cool. Fin is really protecting your hair.
Shaqiri's hair looks really good in game
Amazing video love this channel
hey matt do you get unwanted hair on upper back? neck from using oral minoxidil? or on biceps area? thx
you should talk about Gabriel Magalhaes hair transplant (Rob Holding's teammate) he's also got a very impressive of transplant 👏

You got results?
I actually reckon Shaqiri's hair transplant looks pretty decent. Wouldn't be able to tell that he had a transplant if you had not pointed it out.
He actually receded further behind his hair transplant. He needs a 2nd shot
Good video Matt however it’s called FOOTBALL 😂

@@letsgethair haha understandable, I just had to make the joke but keep these series coming 👍
Only in idiotic america its called soccer
@Benson that is idiotic thr real football was one of the first sports in histoy they are just dump
@@letsgethairthank you Matt we call it soccer in Canada too but to be honest I think people make way too big a deal out of what it needs to be called😅
Vid about other hair transplant areas would be interesting. Like beard, eyebrow or any other actually. Could be informative

The most recent one that I’s like to monitor is your compatriot Marc-Andre ter Stegen. Wait for one full
month to evaluate his result
Hi Matt. What is your opinion on using Coconut oil, two weeks after a hair transplant? Thank you.
Finasteride is a banned substance in all major football leagues..
so what medication do i need to take? i can’t go back to finasterid, as i had bad side effects. i thought the transplanted hair would last the entire life ?! 🤔
yes the transplanted hair will last, but the hair around it is still susceptible to falling out due to your body producing DHT.
Very good video.
Hi Matt, why would the see-through effect, without meds, get bigger in the years after surgery, especially when your crown and upper and lower donor area are not hit by any miniaturization?
Usually transplanted hair isn’t a natural density. Plus not all transplanted hair survives anyway.

i really need to get one. i got okay hair but its balding on one side only making it look bad
Should check out Neil ruddock (former Liverpool and West ham) recent hair transplant. Looks great!
Yoo Matt, any updates on your micro dosing topical finasteride? Gr
Townsend is likely using a hair system
Antinio Conte (manager) is surely close to the top of that list.
Oh boy I’d love so much to have a hair transplant :’(
who did Berbatovs hair transplant?
send me a dm and I will give you a hint. I promised the doctor not to share it publically.

I’m sure Anthony Martial has had his hairline lowered.
@@kenny662 not pretty sure
Check Jordi Alba he looks very good
Those guys are under 10s of Mil contracts, they can't say: ey I can't train hard for 2 months, because I have to heal after H transplant surgery...
Football players can't take finasteride i think

Because corners look good and natural . Men want to look like men (not like teenagers) 😉 .
I think that a bit of mature hairline is very handsome
