Hair also protects us from the cold and the hot sun. I shaved my head once and felt exposed to the elements.
Until you hook up with a girl and have to take off your hat. I realized that it is better to let the world know you are bald rather than hiding it all the time.
It's ok man. If somebody refuse to have any type of relationship with you based on fact if you have hairs or not, you don't need this kind of people in your life. And if you don't care about people reaction on your haircut why should you ever think about your haircut at all?

Started losing my hair at 17. Whipped out the clippers and shaved it all off at 18. Been bald ever since. Best decision I ever made. To anyone else that might be losing their hair at a young age, just know that you aren't alone and your hair doesn't define who you are.

Love these videos. They inspire me so much to finally take the plunge. I'm in the process of growing my beard and it's almost fully grown. So I'll be finally doing the deed in about two weeks time!

My hairline has been receding since I was 18 and ever since I first noticed it, my hair has been a major insecurity of mine. Recently at 23yo I braved the shave and buzzed my hair to a 1.5. this haircut if anything makes my hairline more visible but the buzzed look allowed me to own it and I really love my hair now. I have had nothing but positive feedback and my confidence has rocketed. I feel like my main insecurity has lifted and my friends have commented on my new found confidence. I would encourage anyone who feels like their hair is their main concern to brave the shave/buzz and take back control. A big thanks to this channel as I have been watching your videos since 2020 and they have been a major help on my hairline journey. Final remark on anyone who's considering the shave, you may feel like you still have time and that you can 'hold out' but if your hair is on your mind most of the time then it is time to brave the shave no matter how it may look. Take back control and own your new look with confidence. People will react positively. Love the channel, keep doing what you're doing.❤
Big ups bro. Looks great. Shaved my head at 23 last summer. Definitely big difference in the feeling of insecurities conpared to the thinning insecurities id feel every day all day.

@Silverpump yea man. So much easier. Like anything I have moments here and there where I'm like I wish I had hair but at the same time that hair that I'll wish to have in that moment isn't even the hair I had before it's like wishing I had like perfect hair, which I never really had that great of hair to begin with so it's like eh. I'm way more confident now because it's not something thats not constantly on the back of my mind. Everytime I look in the mirror I'm not noticing and worrying about my hair. The wind, swimming, waking up and not having to worry about bed head, all of it so much easier. I initially shaved before a vacation to cabo and I can say with 100 percent certainty that I had more fun because of it. I also have gotten out of a relationship some time after going bald and was worried about that but ended up pulling a new girl that I view to be so outta my league and is just a dime in so many ways to me, and when you rock the bald look it automatically exudes a sort of confidence to women because they are like okay he's confident to rock it bald and they find that hot, so don't worry too much about that aspect if it is. Sorry for the ramble I just get a lil passionate whenever people ask me about it because I remember being very insecure and afraid of it and shit and I hope if anyone's feeling some type of way I can help them to feel better about it.

Harry I absolutely love how you just let the guy tell his experience without butting in. You can tell he's such a nice genuine guy and just feels sompletely relieved to have this lifted from his shoulders. I've shaved my head a few times but have always just let it grow back, the next time i'm pretty sure will be the last 👍 Thanks for the all the help you've given me through my own battle with hairloss.

I've been losing my hair since I was 17, I'm now 19. During the pandemic I shaved, not to 0 but almost, and I have to say I was fine with it. I've grown my hair out to just below my eyebrows until today, but over time I've lost some hair around my temples. lately this thing was making me so paranoid that I no longer went to the beach or played football with my friends. today thanks to this video I decided to shave and I look great even if you can see that I have less hair in the temple area, but that's okay, now I'll start a treatment to get back what I've lost. thank you thank you thank you very much I've lifted a boulder off my shoulders. for all those who are thinking of shaving, do it, it takes a big burden off your shoulders.

This as helped me massively lost all my hair in a month due to Covid it triggered alopecia universalis felt anxious most of the time I’m 60 not a young guy ,but now I don’t care ,other people don’t care that’s the turning point ,this channel is a god send well done.

Bro’s eyebrows are epic! And that’s another pro to shaving your head. It makes your eyebrows, eyelashes, and eyes pop more. And when you have it with that good beard and suitable headshape combo, bruuuh! It’s like saying “hol’up! Look at my beautiful face, people! Just look at it!”
Shaved my head at the age of 21, never going back !! Started losing my hair at age 16, yes it ATE MY SOUL !!! Being teased by my teachers, friends, strangers !! Hence the anxiety I had. Shaving my head was the best thing I could have done. My advice, the sooner the better if it stresses you out.
Also….if you have a fear of how it would look, shave your head when you go on vacation, university break, school holidays etc… gives you time to warm up to what the co-workers, university mates etc. might say, take it as an experiment!!!! Women tend to experiment all the time, so why can’t we as men also do it

same here bro i was receding quite badly at the front when i was 28 so i shaved my head smooth bald 10 years on and i am still smooth bald i know it's upsetting for some guys to lose their hair but most guys look much better bald & feel more confident
Looks great man, you're a good looking guy! my hairs been slowly receding since I was 24, I'm 46 now and would say I'm a NW2.5, so not quite at the shave it off stage, but will definitely do it if it gets worse, hopefully will look as good as you : )

Welcome to the club. I’m 66 and I wish this look was in style when I was in my 20’s. I would have saved tens of thousands of dollars for hair systems.
Its never "in style" if you look like ass in it.
Yul Brynner did it in the 1950s and Tele Savalas did it in the 1970s.

Sometimes I think guys should just shave off their hair even if they're not balding. Sometimes it just looks better, regardless. That's the case with this guy. The bald look is a legit look for men....

Although holding onto it for longer than many, at the tender age of 34, I went to the #0000. While dealing with the thinning mess, I was miserable and without love, after shaving the mess off, I quite promptly found an unusually attractive girlfriend who went on to become my unusually attractive Wife, and consequently unusually attractive Mother to our Son. So irrespective of balding, I'd suggest buying some clippers.

Just out of a long term relationship, have been panicking getting hair transplant quotes, but don't want to take the medication forever. looking into smp, but this one comment has given me so much hope, thank you for that. might just get rid and be done with it and put the lost energy in trying to save my hair into other areas which hopefully will attract someone new to come into my life. cheers
I had fut hairtransplant and use topical finasteride and minoxidil and still thining and wished id of shaved it off years ago good luck to all who are making the decision to shave it off

@Baldcafe I need to but having the scar on the back of my head is nasty didn't think properly at the time so I need to try to get smp in the scar first. my hairtransplant was a nightmare wrong angles I look like a doll I went to London as well. I think you needed to use oral finasteride but even with that you will very slowly thin out over time. What puts me off transplants is how many celebrity ones have failed and I'm sure these guys have gone to the best doctors out there. Wayne Rooney and Slaven Bilic come to mind. Fabio Cannavaro had a good one back over 10 years ago and has now gone back to shaving his head, the same with actor Channing Tatum.
I got SMP and got it done very light and looks so real my Mom didn't know I got it done. My friends just said my hair looks great shorter, I did do it before I ever shaved my head so no one ever saw me with a shaved head, So I went from Thinning hair to SMP. This way no one was shocked or knew I did something. and I'm ok with that till cloning comes, if it ever comes in my lifetime.

Looks way better. I personally think that people like to do a thing I call "leveling" where they find a thing to make you feel bad and themselves better, and in reality you are looking great bald. I have a son that started balding at 22. Which got me interested in this community. I felt was soo young to be going bald and was looking if it was happening to others. He is a twin and the twin isn't balding. (fraternal not identical)

Im 17 and started around late 16, receding hairline, thinning and then balding at the crown. I was frustrated with myself initially and I realised that I shouldn't let the likes of hair define me and how I live my life, so I woke up one day and asked my mum to shave my hair-thinking I was crazy-with her later understanding the issue I faced with it. Now I am skin bald, grown a fair beard through, and every week I get that close shave and define my beard. Im disappointed that I let it go on for so long but now there are no regrets. I am now care free when it comes to hair; swimming? Not an issue. Woke up late and need to be somewhere? Quick warm wash, moisturiser and leave. Very little negatives, if any, and a heap of positives.
If there is anyone else who was in my situation at college or school, struggling to make such a big change; do it. Don't procrastinate, and act; come to terms with your situation. Covering it up can only go on for so long until it is no longer possible and then you are faced with the same outcome but not on your own terms; take control, and do not let these circumstances define you.

As a young man , I had a hairfall since 13 years old. Well, I'm 23 years old now, maybe I'm going bald slowly at least going bald fully at 30 years old.
I've been bald for several yrs now and have struggled with insecurity. While being bald isn't for everyone i think it is a more common look now. Embrace it and resist the imsecurity
In the beginning when we start losing hair we tend to over dramatize the whole thing,just buzz cut it and move on with life😉

Had only minor hair fall at age 22, i had almost all my full head of hair, i started using minoxidil and finasteride, i used them for 2 years, and during taking these treatment i went bald, minoxidil and finasteride made me bald.
The source of your hair loss must have been something else yaar.

It’s really tough to visualise yourself bald and it’s why so many delay it for so long. If you think it won’t look right it usually does! :)

Married a man’s man almost 30 years ago. He started loosing his hair mid 20s and was shaving his head regularly as a firefighter. Now that he is retired he still shaves his head regularly but I braid the beard ❤.
