That’s a “great dispatcher “. You must know him or are related to him because your delusional with your comment. Perhaps he was new, I don’t know. When the job started escalating and he became befuddled someone more experienced should have taken over. Especially when you start mixing things up. It’s not a game where you can hit the reset button.
