I can tell by Dr. Ghavami’s verbiage that he feeds into women’s insecurities. I recognized this back when she got her nose jobs. I really hop Naz is truly happy with everything once everything is said and done
I definitely caught that too. It’s like he was saying commons alluding, and actually saying verbatim your body is good, but it could be better.

Sooo many surgeries at such a young age is CRAZY... hopefully your kids don't grow up looking at your videos thinking they need all this to "feel good" about themselves.
You guys have to realize the surgeon did admit she had a previous BBL from the past and she had admitted to getting her breast and nose done already. This girl has started very young getting work done so she’s used to this.. who knows how many more procedures she will get in the future 🤷🏽♀️
I will always respect and support women who choose to do whatever they want to their bodies so I don’t want this to come out wrong. But the scene where the Dr was drawing all over her body made my heart so heavy. Here we all think she looks perfect but according to this self made image, she’s not. Who is defining these beauty standards? And are they even our own?

Exactly, I have a long and slightly big nose, barely have a flat stomach and a bum that is not flat but not out there either. But I’m so happy with myself, I feel so free! I really don’t care lol.
However if that’s what makes her “happy” then cool. However happiness can be temporary though, I find a lot of the women and men who go under the knife for their image never satisfied. In Christ Jesus we have our peace, I’m made in His image that’s enough for me.
I started sobbing when Mel said he’s going to miss the bod that gave him 3 kids 😭😭 I’ve definitely struggled with how much my body has changed just after having one baby! That was an incredible moment to see the love you two share is very special ❤️🥰

Both my pregnancies changed my body for the better I got skinny and a couple of stretch marks on my hairline that it.
EXACTLY. I work out 4 to 5 times a week and had 2 pregnancies, the loose skin is crazy. So many stretch marks everywhere 😫

Just because someone doesn’t agree with you or her doesn’t make them a “hater”🙄 She allows her supporters to voice their opinions, and opinions are all I’ve seen, nobody is being malicious. I also agree with Mel, if she likes it, I love it. No matter the turn out or how many times she does it doesn’t affect anyone outside of her family in no way shape or form.

Many people were not just expressing concerns but shaming her and that’s the difference between expressing a little concern and being hateful.

I knew they all wrote off a bunch of trips they take and film.. but hearing it was something else.
And she said Mel is a stay at home dad.
Sooo they encourage this stuff /don’t give her a hard time about her mommy makeover because she’s financially supporting all of them.

I think it nice to see you be transparent in this area but also there going to come with good and bad opinions especially when we just lost a young mother to cosmetic surgery. But I pray anyone that is consider cosmetic surgery figure out a safe alternative fist before going under the knife. These surgeries are so easily accessible to anyone nowadays, but the risk are very high. But I pray u have a safe and speedy recovery naz.

The way I look at her body before it was was perfect! Like I would get surgery for my body to look like that! Then I question when does it stop? You always want to look better. I hope naz finally realised how beautiful she is and it was sad seeing her go through this procedure

This is not normal… at all.. People who are encouraging and accepting this behaviour are sick. Body dysmorphia is a real mental illness and they need therapy. Especially for women who have kids that are doing these type of procedures… I mean a lot of women end up dead on the table. This is so not worth it 🤦🏻♀️

I like Nazanin and i have respect for her hard work and how much she has achieved in such a young age. She is very mature in many aspects of life but in this one i think her young age shows because she is highly influenced by social media and beauty standards of the industry.
I truly believe that if she had a "normal" life she wouldnt be doing all this, or at least not to this amount because her parents are truly wonderful people and i am sure they are worried everytime she goes into a plastic surgery. I think she would be a little more like them if she wasnt in this industry but of course she has every right in the world to do this and i wish her a good recovery.
this is so heartbreaking to me☹️ u can just tell how painful this is. this surgery was sooo invasive for all the little tiny augmentations all over the body. it’s especially sad bc in order to keep this shape, like Dr said, more surgeries will be needed since it is just reversing nature & gravity isn’t going anywhere lol. happy Naz made it home okay and was able to get one of the very best Drs for the sake of her children, so many people have horror stories with these procedures

i love how dr Ghavami explains what he’s gonna do and how bodies naturally have asymmetry & the hip tilt for example. for him it’s all about support and comfort, he’s not saying “ok here we see her _______ is way too big/ugly, we’re gonna fix it” or harmful language like that! but i can’t tell you how relieved i am that everything went well. hoping for a safe and easy recovery 💕 also baba was so funny saying you look taller 😂 he’s like did she get a secret shin extension surgery or something haha

Naz, I'm glad you're up and about in spite of the pain. Moving around will definitely help with a speedy-recovery! You were very brave to go through the majority of the whole process alone. I know Mel was there to support you fully & I give him props for doing that...but physically girl it's been ALL Y-O-U! Hope you love your results once the swelling goes down. I'm so happy that you sought out the best & brightest in the plastic surgery field as well. I mean, a "Beverly Hills" surgical team, it doesn't get any safer & better than that for sure! I’m a great believer happiness comes from within…. So many UA-camrs have had multiple surgeries for cosmetic reasons, that’s great for them but they never speak of the dangers associated with them though, women have actually died from these procedures because they will do it in another country because it’s cheaper as they can’t afford a private practice & a lovely motel… many young women strive to look like Naz & others because they make it look simple & it’s not, please speak of the dangers, like infections & worse… I think you had an amazing body & never realised you have already had previous cosmetic surgeries at such a young age,i get it your body your choice…I truly believe fame does this
to so many, I saw a documentary on this & I was horrified how young they were,they didn’t even need most of the surgeries, they were quite beautiful in my opinion, it’s actually sad, they don’t see it! they

Mommy makeover then baby #4 comes then what happens? .. all these cosmetic work aren't worth it you could've easily went to the gym but instead you picked the easy way out. god forbid something happened to you on that table it wouldn't be worth leaving your children mother less. Watching this was incredibly interesting and also informative showing firsthand the patient experience with a surgery like this. Great job vlogging Naz and Mel! Also major kudos to you Naz for having the confidence, strength, and integrity to be so transparent. I can’t imagine that being easy. I’m not a Mom but I have considered getting cosmetic surgery on my body as well because I’ve never been confident in my body. So watching this was informative. I don’t know if I have the courage to ever go through with this myself but I’m so happy for you. You looked snatched before, the body is going to be insane now! The comeback for criticism always being “oh you’re just jealous bc you can’t afford it” is absurd. plastic surgery is something A LOT of women look down upon. Until now I'm asking myself, "why would Naz get a surgery" because if I had 3 Babies and still looked like her, on God not even Biden would tell me nothing about my body!!! I love her mommy body but will still respect her decision for the mommy makeover, She's such a sweet mother to her babies, wife to her hubby, sister to her siblings and daughter to her parents, Quick recovery Naz ❤

It’s cause she spent years saying she got it from working out, but she got one in 2019, she just recently revealed it
